1 starSending people letters in the mail purposely disguised as a check or a bill due, people they know have credit/debt issues is disgusting behavior. I don't appreciate their predatory marketing strategy and will never consider using them due to them employing this deceitful tactic.

1 starthey send out an advertisement stating that one is pre-approved. That is not what they mean. Then the man online walks you through every transaction you the credit report and that is none of their business. That is what the **** score is for. 1 starI called for debt consolidation and they said due to my credit cards being over the 30% is why I was denied, even though my income to debt ratio was good. I would think a company that does debt consolidation would see a lot of people with credit card debt over the 30%. Why would a person need credit card consolidation if their credit cards are under 30%. They were also trying to send me to a 3rd party company. I began to believe they want your phone number and email to sell to other companies because consolidating debt is not their priority.
