    My customer service rep. was *********************** he was very invested in helping me find a solution to my debt problem. he explained all the steps in the program and answered all my questions .

    ******************* was really great to work with. I had enrolled in another debt program and was completely lost, spent three months with them and did not know how to sign into my portal, or anything. I had been trying to reach the other company and they were not responding to me, I was completely frustrated and stressed out about being in debt and feeling like there was no way out. I got on the phone with *** and within 45 minutes, he helped me cancel the other program and get all my money back from them, and set me up in a much better program for myself and what I needed. he was excellent and I am so appreciative. I left the call feeling less stuck than I had in months.
