They lied from the very beginning. I let them know I was not in hardship. I had two cards that were nearing 0% interest, and I didn't want my profits going to almost 30% interest. I asked a handful of times how long the process takes, every time ***** said in 4-6 months it would be complete, and I could start establishing my credit back. Months later after my credit score has been ripped to 400, I get a follow up call. During that call when I asked him how much longer, he explained it that the money I had been paying them was almost enough to take care of the lowest card, After that, they will start on the next one........"once I get them paid enough, which would take another year for one card". That's when I knew it was not 4-6 months, my credit will be screwed for 4 years..........all based on their lies. She knew I was not stupid enough to s**** my credit for 4 years knowing I use it for business, but she still lied her a** off anyway. Now I'll have to contact my attorney and go through a mess because these are the most dishonest pieces of **** you can find. People in hardship have no choice, she knew I had many, but fk'd me anyway. Great start to one h*** of a lawsuit.
