      I have been trying to reach a live person on the phone regarding my account at ******************** since October of last year. My account access has been locked (no dispute on file from me) and I have tried to upload the required documents (website doesnt work), fax them (confirmed receipt on my end but they have no record), and mailed in all the required docs (certified mail - confirmed receipt). I have tried to escalate this issue multiple times and I get auto generated emails just saying they are working on it. This information is MY information and could well be incorrect and negatively affecting my personal and business credit. There are tons of reviews online saying the same. SOMETHING MUST CHANGE WITH THIS COMPANY as too many people depend on them. All the other credit agencies are responsive, informative, and dont treat their customers like garbage. This is INFURIATING!!!

      I have been attempting to get a live person on the phone at Experian since Sept/Oct of 2024.  I originally signed up for a free Experian account and then when the 30 day trial was up, I was locked out of my account.  I understand that glitches occur, but I have been working with a credit consultant and we both need access to MY PERSONAL INFO which we think may be incorrect.  I have spent HOURS on the phone trying to get through to managers, etc but it is impossible to get anyone live on the phone.  There is clearly a scheme at Experian to bounce customers around from **** to **** without giving anyone answers.  Finally I received an email with instructions on how to fax, upload, or mail in my documents so they could "verify my identity" (which they did when I signed up).  The faxes were transmitted successfully on my end (I have receipts), the website uploads said "unable to process", and my certified-mailed hard-copied documents (I confirmed they were received) have never been acknowledged.  *********** is one of three major companies that Americans rely on for handling and reporting their VERY personal information.  Equifax and Transunion are amazing at their communication and always give timely accurate responses.  I believe the BBB should take a hard look at Experian's business practices, as they fraudulently advertise the ease of use of their products and attention to the consumers personal needs.  The real reason for my complaint has to do with the fact that Experian is one of three agencies Americans rely on so that creditors can make decisions about their personal financial lives. They do not take this responsibility seriously at all and it affects the ability of consumers like me to access loans, credit cards, and critical information about me personally, which may well be incorrect.  I would encourage the BBB to look into their practices and also have a look at all the negative information that exists about these very same issues online.

      I currently subscribe to Experian credit protection. I had an issue I wanted to address with them. I was unable to resolve the issue. I requested to speak with someone at no time was this request fulfilled. So Im canceling my membership. Made several attempts to cancel and they make it impossible. Contact by phone and prompts do not permit me to cancel membership. Contacted Credit card company and they are applying a block.

      Again and again over time, I keep having the same issue with Experian.       Again and again over time, I keep having the same issue with Experian.       This fluffy business response conveniently fails to address any current situation or provide me with any resolution. 

      Ms ******** **** reached out to me 3/17 to follow up with this BBB complaint, and left me a voicemail with her contact info. Ive made callbacks to her 1-2 times nearly everyday since then, and shes just gotten back to me 3/27. No explanation for her almost 2 week absence, just a pointless conversation throughout our phone call. ******** informed me our call was being recorded, something Im accustomed to and have zero issue with. I myself started recording as well for my future reference. I was immediately told I wasnt allowed to do so, although, I am in fact permitted. Not only was I a directly-participating party a part of the call, but Experian/******** had already provided their own consent to being recorded once they themselves started recording. Not that I needed this existing consent given federal 18 U.S.C. 2511 which allows recording conversations with the consent of at least one participating party (me). Also accounting for state regulation, at that, AZ is a one-party consent state in this area of recording conversations (with individuals or businesses/irganizations). Upon informing ********, she stumbled through a few responses and settled on that she doesnt consent to being recorded. She insisted this and let me know she would only help me once I stop recording. Our phone call ultimately went nowhere and I didnt get the help I needed, a general and frustrating norm with Experian. I am now understanding, with this experience and past experiences in mind, how it is Experian is marked Grade F with the BBB. I am now understanding the class action suits against this bureau.

      I tried to cancel my account online but there is no option for that. I changed the card so I would not be charged but was still charged. Contacted customer ********************** on 3/6/25 and was told to call back the next day and was given ticket number ********* so that I could get a refund after the transaction finalized. Called multiple times and spoke to two different agents after I finally got through on a business line. Kept getting transferred and was never able to speak to an agent regarding my refund. I would like a refund as I was promised. Was kept on hold for an hour on the last call just to be transferred to an automated system yet again that would not let me speak to a representative. I called numerous times on another phone as well. It should be illegal to not be able to speak to an agent regarding membership and my money.

      I would like a refund for *****. I was told to call back the next day to receive a refund but the two times I was able to reach a live agent they said they would have to transfer me and when they did transfer me I would only get the automated system which would not let me speak to a live agent. I signed up for the free trial not knowing there is not a cancelation area online and it's almost impossible to reach an agent for cancelation or refund. I have a ticket number I was provided but can't reach an agent to give the ticket number to for the refund.

      Our website describes the offer, and the order form details the terms and conditions of the offer, including billing at the end of the trial and monthly thereafter unless and until the customer notifies us of their wish to discontinue.       My name is ********* ******. My DOB is **********. The last four (4) of my social is: 3241. Experian escalation ticket no.: *********. I called experian on 3/06/2025 to file a dispute. However, upon logging into my experian membership I received a message: Sorry, we can't show you today's 3-bureau report. This might mean that ******* has no record of your credit history or different personal details for you on file. Until this issue is resolved, you won't be able to see your report. My Experian file is updating, however, Equifax and ********** have not updated since January 2023. This is egregious. Experian, Equifax and ********** said I dont have a mixed file and that theres nothing wrong with my personal credit reports. Please update my Equifax and TransUnion reports forthwith, otherwise, I will file complaints with the ***** FTC and OAG.

      I've called many different Experian contact numbers for help with a missing Boost account, which should be reporting my rental payments but they are not. I've called their general service line at ************ where no one has ever been able to me, in addition to their Credit **************************** (which I was told is responsble for Boost accounts) at both ************ and ************, but their Voice Response Unit is NEVER ABLE TO VERIFY MY IDENTITY and I can NEVER get through to anyone. This is ridiculous and horribly BAD service. Please add my rental payment history to my Boost profile ****, thank you.

      Thank you for reaching out regarding your concerns with Experian BoostTM. An account must be a utility or telecom (mortgages are not included)with at least three bills paid from the connected bank account over the last six months to be eligible for Experian Boost. Experian Boost also only picks up online payments and does not include checks or cash payments.  Additionally, Experian Boost requires that you have online banking with your bank or credit union.  We cannot manually add accounts to your Boost program.  Once you establish a link with your bank and Boost by signing in with your bank credentials on our site, the accounts are then identified by our program and presented to you for verification. There are instances where Experian Boost cannot identify certain utilities, and the feedback received is provided to our development team.  As we continue to improve, your utilities may become eligible. We suggest keeping your bank account connected as the system will continue to scan, and if, at some point,your utility or telecom payments become eligible, you will be notified via email.

      This does not provide a solution, does not answer the question, and you've failed to even mention that you've forwarded this problem to your development team. You have to make assurances that you are working on this simple problem & will provide a solution within a given timeframe. 

      The same checking account that you're already using is connected as it should be and 6 months of rental payments at $535 have been ******* Nevada Hand. You must report it immediately. If not, explain what your problem is in doing so.

      I tried to access my account at ******************** today in order to freeze my credit but experian will not allow me to access my account. They continually tell me my password is wrong but when I try to click the I forgot my password link they tell me I have to contact the business. I contacted the business via phone and was met with an automated service who then told me they could text me instructions on how to access my account but couldnt let me speak to anyone - however they never texted me anything (called twice). I tried to sign in using an alternative method (ssn and phone number) and they have not texted or called me with a passcode needed to log in even though *** requested one multiple times and they said they have completed the request. I JUST NEED TO ACCESS MY ACCOUNT and they are not allowing me to do that and also will not let me speak to anyone to resolve the issue.

      The only interaction I have had with this business is through an automated phone system despite the fact I requested to speak to a real person they refused. I am concerned that my account is inaccessible because of Experians broken password reset system and their refusal to let me speak with an actual person.

      the business contacted me and asked me to schedule a call with them. I have replied twice to the email with no response - not sure if this is due to how the message was sent but the business has not contacted me at all or confirmed my availability. A poor response from the business who could have easily just asked me to call in - instead of scheduling a call. Poor and unclear communication that has not resolved my issue at all.

      My experian money account was closed after a fraud claim was filed and i was issued a credit permanently in the amount of 1700 and i was wondering can i get these funds mailed to me **** to my address on file? waiting 30 days for my funds seems so crazy to me, im already behind on bills as is

      I tried contacting all the numbers provided for experian for a live agent and was unsuccessful. It seems an account was set up with my information without my consent. I need to have this information resolved as soon as possible. There are no live agents to help me when the phone numbers are called.

      My experian money account has been closed with around $1000 in the account. When can i expect to receive my money? waiting 30 days for a check to come in the mail really isnt all that good, i have bills due soon literally
