I sent the following to **** **** Vice President of Cadillac and Ms. ***** GM customer service with no response Did you ever buy a car from Costa Mesa GMC Buick Cadillac. We did on March 28, 2025. **** ****** was the salesman. We bought a 2025 Cadillac CT5V. **** had out license in front of him and still put the wrong names on paperwork. I would say that was a mistake he wasnt feeling good that day. However, ****** the sales manager who completed the transaction, asked to see our drivers license again and didnt catch the problem. Even when, he taped the temporary registration on the window ****** missed the names. We didn't see paperwork until we arrived at the next desk to buy extended warranties. The gentleman, said to *** glad to meet you ******. The registration and pink slip would be a mess to clear up. Inside the glove compartment there wasnt a manual. I explained to ****** that I needed a written manual because I have macular and physically could not see the information on my phone. ****** said he ordered one through the parts department. ****** also told me he was in a meeting with the general manager that day and agreed to order one along with all weather mats.. It has been over a month and still have not received it any thing. Two weeks later I talked to ******. He also said he would order the manual and the ** said he agreed to him ordering all weather floor mats. Again nothing Our daughter bought a 2025 **. In her car are all weather floor mats and a manual in the glove compartment. I am posting this so you will be aware of the unprofessionalism. We would not recommend the dealership for all your vehicle needs.****** just called me he said the same thing he has been saying and lying about for over a month. He ordered the manual today and he will mail it when it comes in and that is all he is going to do for us. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS FOR A CLIENT TO BUY AN 80k DOLLAR CAR AND NOTHING FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE?

I went to the Official Cadillac Website buy online to lease a Cadillac from them, after I got the number for the lease price $436 per month with tax from Cadillac Website. I contacted them to close the deal but they didn't honor the price and said it was a mistake online then quoted me a different price which is $803 with tax. I might end up leasing from Penske Cadillac for $457 a month with tax but they honor the price online. I plan to file a complaint with Cadillac to aware them how this dealer using their website to con online customers.

On September 16, 2024, I purchased a 2024 *** Canyon AT4 from Costa Mesa *** Buick Cadillac. While my salesperson **** was cool, the finance manager, *****, completely ruined the experience. He pressured me into buying pointless add-ons like the *** Platinum Warranty, Nomad Protection, and *** GPS. He claimed that these products were already applied and couldn't be removed which is pure BS and illegal. These add-ons are supposed to be optional, not mandatory. The so-called Nomad Protection with its special ceramic coating was a jokedealer techs arent pro auto detailers. And the *** GPS? Another waste of money I didnt need, My*** app is literally the same product and it's free. ***** acted like I had no choice but to accept all this, which made me feel ripped off and disrespected as a Marine ********** make matters worse, I was denied the $500 military discount that Im clearly entitled to according to GMs Military Appreciation Program. The 2024 ********** is listed as eligible, yet the dealership refused to honor it, even though *** received the same discount before at another *** dealership.*** lost all trust in this dealership and Im disgusted by how this was handled. I dont even want to deal with them directly anymore. My focus now is getting a refund for these useless add-ons through the product sources themselves.

Dont buy a car from this dealership Costa Mesa Buick GMC Cadillac. I bought a suv in January. The salesman ****** was very professional and courteous. He is a great salesman and gave us the numbers we wanted. We had searched prices online before visiting Costa Mesa GMC. When we arrived ****** approached us and we told him exactly what vehicle we went in to purchase with the Stock #. The car had a $6,000 dealer discount. When it came down to signing my contract I was lied to by ***** the guy with the pencil. He was very rude and he forced me to add the optional purchases Vehicle Appearance Protected Sealant $1,894, ************** $1,299, Theft Protectant $1,495 ******** $399. ***** said I cant sell you the car without the dealer installed options. I should have just walked out of there. So in other words I got no dealer discount because ***** added all the optional items to my finance. Then I was supposed to finance with a ************ and they ended up financing me with a company that they finance with Ally. Not to mention a higher interest rate. I was forced to buy all these extra stuff that is not required by law. Read your paperwork and know that they are optional and not required by law for you to purchase.

I purchased a vehicle from here in October of 2023. When I was in person they seemed like a great dealership. Tended to any needs I had. As soon as I left the lot the next day is when the problems started. I noticed a scratch on my truck. Called to asked if it can be fixed. I was told yes and asked to show proof. Also was asked if it mattered that much and told that no car in the world does not have a scratch or dent onto it by the *** Sent a pic in an email with proof but was told there was no loaners and they needed my car for 4-5 days. I live about 2 hours away and explained I needed a loaner. I was told they would call me back when they had one for me. Never received that call. After that situation. I get a letter in the mail that the dealership had gotten 2 toll roads tickets in my trade/in vehicle. Then last but not least I called to cancel an extended service plan. Usually a quick and easy process with other dealerships. I was told it was going to ***********-8 weeks to process from 2 different financiers at the dealer. Sent in my end of the paperwork and stopped receiving emails from both. Of course no phone calls were being answered either. Waited about 6-7 weeks then called the service plan company to see about my refund. They told me it was never submitted and does not take more than 5 minutes to complete. Had to go around the dealership to get my money back. In my opinion they tried to steal 5K from me. The only thing I can say good about this dealer is the salesman **** is great. The rest is just horrible. Highly do NOT recommend this place. Take your business elsewhere.

This dealership FORGED my signatures on multiple papers in order to STEAL money from me by saying I agreed to add an optional plan to my contract. They never disclosed this additional charge or plan, nor the other add-ons they claim I agreed to. All of the fraudulent add-Ons made my loan over 15k more than what I agreed to pay when we went over the costs/fees/ect. Now they are denying it and refusing to make it right with me. I have no choice but to file a police report, and report them to the **** credit company, state dealership board, and district attorneys office. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER!

I made an appointment to see a van and test drive it. When I got there they told me that the van was already sold, but because I drove so far that they would be willing to sell it to me instead. The manager said that someone swooped in yesterday and placed a deposit down on the vehicle but if I was willing to meet the price they paid (Price advertised plus any dealership accessories they wanted to add) they would be willing to break the deal with the other customer. That is not only illegal but just a really dishonest way to run a dealership. Suffice to say I will not be doing business with them even if they get something else in stock.

we are sorry to hear that you weren't able to buy the advertised vehicle and someone else stopped by and placed a deposit on the vehicle day before and the staff didn't look into that, we have many salesman and sometimes we drop the ball in our communications , resulting in this unfortunate situation ; Generally once we receive a deposit, we hold the vehicle for the customer as a courtesy which i am sure you could appreciate. we will learn from this experience and move forward .please contact me directly if i can assist you any further , we do have other vehicles available and i can have our used car manager reach out to you to find one similar to that one for you. thank you

I callled on Friday to make sure the truck was in stock, checked the online price and drove nearly 100 miles to purchase. When I got there the truck was marked up an additional $13,000 dollars. After much haggling I still ended up purchasing the truck. After getting home and going through all the paperwork I found that there were 2 items on the bill that were never spoken of but got sneaked into the paperwork. 1 was $699 for 12 months of nitros fill for the tires and the other was $699 for *************, neither of these was discussed or approved
