This was an absolute NIGHTMARISH transaction! My contract was initiated Jan 5th, MS2204. The bike was an **** purchase and located in ******* and needed to deliver to south central ****. The bike was picked up on Jan. 11 however it was the owner of the bike in WY who let me know that the bike was on its way. What concerned me was that MS did not show that the bike had been picked up yet? I reached out to my contact ******** the next day asking about the lack of tracking info? I was told that they were waiting on the driver to return to the terminal in order to file paperwork. Seriously, with today's modern technology and you still rely on paperwork??? On the 14th and still no tracking info I reached out to my contact genuinely concerned that somebody else picked-up my bike and therefore stolen. Later that day the pick-up was entered into tracking, the bike was safe. The bike made its way to ******** ** on the 20th of January, literally 1 hour from my location. On Jan. 24th I received a phone call that the bike was scheduled to deliver on the 25th! The 25th came and NO BIKE, NO PHONE CALL, NOTHING! I reached out to my contact, and NO RESPONSE OR ANY EXPLANATION! On the 26th I called the number that MS offers for tracking info and they had no info??? I am now concerned that my bike was delivered to the wrong address! I called the MS tracking phone number again expressing my concern and they told me to call the distribution center and they gave me their number. I called the number and went to voice mail so I left a message with my contact info and did not get a return phone call??? On FEB 9th I received a call that my bike was going to deliver on the 10th. Later on the 10th I received a phone call from the driver that the truck broke and would not be able to deliver. On the 15th I received another phone call that the bike would deliver on the 16th. The bike did deliver on the 16th, 2 weeks after the scheduled delivery date of FEB 2nd. The one star is for the drivers.
