      Whatever you do, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HARNESS POWER! My journey started with them on July 7th. As it is today which is Feb. 23, 2023 my system is still not up and going. When I emailed the Owner who name is Dan. He sidestepped what I was sharing with him. Their service is horrible and I wouldn't even give them a one star review but that is the lowest it goes!!!

      THIS HAS BEEN THE A REALLY BAD EXPIRIENCE!!!!!I INITIALLY SIGNED CONTRACT IN APRIL OF 2022 AND NOW WE ARE IN FEB OF 2023 AND SOLAR PANELS ARE STILL NOT WORKING. THEY HAVE BEEN INSTALLED SINCE JULY OF 2022. I HAVE CONTACTED SALES REP WHICH SEEMS LIKE HE IS TRYING TO HELP, BUT NOT SURE SINCE CUSTOMER SERVICE KEEPS BLAIMING HIM FOR NOT KEEPING ME IN THE LOOP. HIS NAME IS DEMITIRIS. HE HAS PROVIDED ME HIS MANAGERS NAME ORLANDO WHICH HE NEVER RESPONSES TO MY CALLS OR TEXT AND ON TOP OF THAT I HAVE LEFT HIM NUMEROUS VOICE MAILS AND HE CLAIMS I HAVE NOT CALLED HIM. I HAVE BEEN CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERYDAY AND THE ONLY THING THEY CLAIM IS THEY ARE WAITING FOR INSPECTION APPT. AT THIS POINT I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO SINCE I FEEL THEY ARE NOT DOING ANYTHING ESPEICIALLY SINCE I NEED A MAIN PANEL UPGRADE AND THEY KEEP BLAIMING PG & E
