    Date of transaction was January 15 ****.$29700 was spent on the car after tax and fees The business sold me a honda civic sport **** The Dealer sold me a honda civic that was supposed to have a security system,appearance protection, door edge guards. The dealer removed all the add-ons from the car except the wheel locks. The Dealer never told me that they were going to remove any packages from the car, and I was suppost to be buying the car with all the packages that were removed. They also never told me about this, all they did was show me the Out the door price which is supposed to include all the packages. If they told me that they were going to remove all the packages I would of not bought the car.I also have the window sticker that was on the car which shows all the packages that were supposed to be on the car. I only found out them removing most of the packages when I noticed two holes in the dashboard. So I called them and asked what the holes were for and had to wait 4 days to get a response. They then told me that that is where the security system location was but it was removed. I then asked why was it removed and they told me that you never paid for it. I then told them it was on the window sticker and It was a part of the car I paid for. They said no you did not pay for them and you had them removed. Then I asked if you removed the security system then what else did you remove. They then told me "you only paid for the wheel locks" but I asked how is that possible when the car is supposed to come with all the packages that was shown to me. Then I went and talked to the sales manager in person, and all he could help me with is say the only thing I can do is fix the 2 holes in the dashboard which isn't a solution to my problem of getting scammed by them removing most of my packages. So they couldn't really help me. And if they told me that the packages were going to be removed I would of never bought the car.

    Brought my car for a tire rotation this morning 4/10/24. Stressed to the service advisor *********************** to inspect my wheels as i had just got them redone due to previous damage and they had no damage. He walked around the car and no damage was found or pointed out by him. Fast forward to me receiving my car back. I inspect it and 2 wheels are damaged. I go back to the service advisor and he tells me "That damage was already there" this is not only dissapointing but down right disrespectful to me. The only reason i brought it to Honda was to avoid this. Having so many tire shops closer to my house i chose a Honda dealership because i thought my car was in good hands. First there was a "he said she said" discussion with the service manager. Then a review of camera footage, where not only did they not prove anything to me but he wanted me to partially pay for the repair. After 30mins of back and forth he said he would call his wheel guy and get the one wheel fixed even though 2 where damaged. And emphasizing to me he was "helping me out" even though the damage was not there upon my arrival. I purchased my wifes car at this dealership and now i will be hesitant to ever bring any of my vehicles in for service if my wheel is not fixed to my liking. One simple service has now turned into a headache and the rest of my day will be having to deal with this issue.
