Seen an AD on ******** for a vehicle for sale, I liked the vehicle and sent them a message on May 21st. Salesman called me same day. He sent me a link for online application, completed application. Salesman calls me next day May 22nd tell me he got good news, and there was a limited time for the approval so I needed to schedule appointment to go in and leave them a deposit to hold vehicle for **** was unable to get a ride there so on May 23rd sales person said he could bring the vehicle to me and sign paperwork where ever I was at. Vehicle was brought to me on May 23rd at 4:30pm at ************** ****************************************. I signed some paperwork in the back seat of vehicle in the parking lot. I didnt get no copies of anything I signed.. down payment was going to be ****, however I paid **** that day and the remaining was going to be split into 2 payments every other week.. same day when sales man left my location i took vehicle for a test drive, I told him the headlight kept flickering and that the vehicle was running rough transmission skipping . I also asked him if the oil was changed because it smelled like burned oil. He said yes but he will have me take the vehicle to his mechanic. A couple days later he kept calling me to call the bank because they need to confirm some information and told me to tell them that everything is fine with the car and that they would fix. So it was time for me to pay 500 and I told them I wasnt going to pay anything more until my vehicle was checked out and fixed. Salesman changed to a sales woman and she kept demanding me to pay the 500 and pay my 1st payment to bank . I said I wasnt going to do that and I need it in writing that they will help fix the issue and she kept saying I was going to lose everything. I payed 300 that day so now down payment was ****. Vehicle broke down June 8 unable to drive . Parked vehicle at home unable to tow car to dealership till June 17th. Dealership kept down payment and vehicle

Good afternoon, the customer purchased the car from **, and she signed the contract with total downpayment of $5,000.00. She gave us $4,000.00 and she had a deferred payment of $1,000.00 which we gave her until 06/06/2023 to pay. When the time came to collect the deferred payment, she told us that the vehicle had been stolen 3 days before, but she already got it back. She stated that AFTER the car got stolen, they did something to it and the car had problem. She demanded us to fix it and she refused to pay the $1,000.00 she owed. Please note that the car was sold to her AS IS, without any kind of warranty from us. We told her that she didn't have warranty on the car, but we were still open to help once she become in good standing with her debt. She refused to pay, and she also didn't make the first payment to the leader ***** Financial. With that being said, the customer found herself with delinquency in the contract with both parties, the dealership Platinum Sales and Services and the leader ***** Financial. Since we had 1 payment recourse with the bank, after the customer miss payment over several days they sent us a Buyback letter stating that we had to BUY THE *** BACK for $12,314.41 with all the fees required. The bank sent then an order to repossess the vehicle and we got the car back. After all of that, we tried a last attempt sending to ************************* a letter giving her the opportunity to get the car back once she pays in full the total amount and repossession fees. We've never received any money or attempt to make the payment.

    Thank you.

    Platinum Sales and Services.

I didnt have no problem paying my payment i just wanted to make sure I had it in writing that the dealership would help but they kept ignoring me I talked to ***** and told them what was the status on my account and they told me Repo statuts and I told them that the dealership been had the car since June 16th.
