    Complaint taken in dictation by H363137**3238313831H rep ** 9/16/24 They towed my first car 6 months they illegally, they took it to the tow car they towed it at 1 am and did not contact the police between 8am-9am. Then they opened my car and in the middle of the car they had to break that part off to put it in neutral. The wheels on my car which is a ********** Passat has wheels locks and they had to drag my car and I asked another guy and he said they had to drag my car. After I got the car out I went to the grocery store and it stop working it would not work, I don&#**;t know if it a transmission issue, but they should fix my car. They towed the car 2-3 weeks ago and they never notify anyone the police did not know. They did not even send a notice. They should not be able to do this.

    On 3/17/2023 I went to retrieve my vehicle from B&D Tow in ******* **** I had to pay to have a release done on the vehicle first which was 125$ @ that time before i did this i called B&D Tow and was told that they excepted **** and MASTERCARD , so @ that time i went ahead and payed for the release to get the vehicle out of tow . When i got to the property they were pressuring me that they only excepted cash . If I was told this i would of never payed for the release because at that time i was short on cash but could pay with my ****, I feel this is unprofessional and wrong, i feel they should be investigated on their dealing with customers and feel this is the only place that takes only cash, i am in need of my vehicle , i take care of handicap people so this is a serious matter for me and my clients , please contact me @ ************* Thank you for your time.

    Hi ******, 

    We have been corresponding with *************** from the time her vehicle was impounded back on 2/27/23. Please refer to email below.  

    Also *************** vehicle was released to the person that the ***************** designated on their Release Form on  3/30/2023. 
    Our company even went a step further to reduce vehicles fees at the time of Pick up.  
     I assured *************** that I would address all our staff in regards to payments methods that we except when picking up vehicles from Impound so there wouldnt be any confusion as in here case.
