    Pet VM processed orders and mailed to ****************** AK for my pet. Due to the location of the ***** facility being in *********, the tracking said it was DELIVERED. After being processed though their system it still took 5 days for the medication to arrive. This length of time made the Cytopoint vials unusable. When I attempted to have the medication delivered to a location within the continental **, they refused due to the lack of proper handling of the package through ***** prior. I am a combat veteran, government contractor for the ***, and very upset that they have blamed me for their shipping issues and now refuse to send medication. I know that a few of my coworkers and clients utilize their services and will be showing them the email traffic with PETVM to discourage them from continuing their service with this company.

    Bad business practices.im still waiting for my order that should've been delivered last Wednesday.Petvm wants me to call and track down the order but I feel they should do it since they hired the carrier

    Never deal with Pet VM, they are not helpful or friendly. They send me bad medicine my dog got fleas which he had been on the same medicine all his life. Never had fleas when purchased it from anyone else. Asked for refund, they told me to return products, paid for postage and got email back that said can't return cuz I wrote on the box, even tho I didn't not open any medicine on the extra box I had, then also. I asked them to return it to me , then mailed it back and it was all crushed up on purpose as the box that it was returned in was not damaged at all, so means they did the damage on purpose.When you return medicine it should matter I wrote a date on the box, unless you planned to resale the medicine which is illegal.I was told from the medicine company only buy medicines from the vet or chewy.com as chewy is very highly watch on bad medicines.Weird they change their names ********* now pet vm hmmmm

    I was hesitant to order but was hooked by the great price. I placed the order on Saturday, it was processed on Monday, shipped on Tuesday, and received on Thursday. It doesn't get much better than that. I was pleasantly surprised!
