    I hired Aptive in January ************************************************************** on also providing a ************** which turned out to be a horrible decision for us. Our AC went out back in June and we had to replace it. When the **** person went under our house they found rat nests and the rats chewed through some of the **** ducts and the **** company said that they could not repair or replace the ducts until we did a Rat Abatement so I called up Aptive and explained the situation and they made an appointment for Monday July 7th. When The man showed up he said that he was there to only spray so we called his office and explained to the lady and she apologized and made a new appointment because he was to big to fit under my house. The next day they sent the same guy out again and when he called his boss to explain the very messed up situation his boss told him that they do not crawl under houses so they do not offer a rat abatement service so the guy left. So, now I had to hire a different company to do the rat abatement and it cost me $4400.00 to clean up the mess and to block all of the holes where the rats were getting under the house. So after all of this I was pretty upset and I cancelled my service with Aptive and then I get a charge on my ATM card for $159.00 for a cancellation charge because my 2 year contract is not up until January. So I emailed them and complained and told them this entire story and they said that they would have someone from management call me and I have received 2 phone calls but no one from management and they keep hanging their hat on the service contract and ignoring the fact that there horrible service and making 2 appointments for the rat abatement service that they do not even offer are the reasons that I cancelled their service and that they should be embarrassed about charging me the cancellation charge but they do not seem to care so do yourself a favor and save yourself a lot of grief and do not hire this company.
