****** my car in for repair to the driver's seat. Was told that they charge a $240 diagnostic fee just to look at the vehicle, which does not go toward the cost of repairs. To replace the seat bladder, the cost was over $650, not including the diagnostic fee. Then, was initially quoted $40 to replace a running light inside my right headlamp. Was then told today that I was misquoted, and the cost would be $328 to replace one light bulb. I declined the repair, but since this is the **** dealership where I bought the car, it's crazy to me that this is the only way to get these repairs done directly. It seems like they are adding on unnecessary charges and processes to **** up the revenue they receive from repairs. Totally unethical!

Regarding a service for my 2015 F150, I received from Future **** in Concord on July 8, 2021. At first, I was a little suspicious of why I needed a thousand dollars of work for a check manual light. When I located the details, it said that I was due for a milage service. I wasnt having any problems with my vehicle when I dropped it off. I was told that a part on my transmission was going bad and that I should replace it. The labor was high because they had to remove parts to reach it. Not knowing any better, I agreed to have it repaired, I should have gotten a second opinion. A little worried now, I traded in that truck and recently purchased a preowned F150 from Freemont **** and brought it over to have the air in my tires checked, low and behold the service department came back and said that my brakes needed to be replaced because the discs where at an unsafe level. I questioned this because certified preowned vehicles must go through inspections. Of course, when I took it back to Freemont ****, they said that the brakes were fine. Not knowing who to trust I took it to a third party to verify who is telling me the truth. They also came back and said that the brakes were good. At that point my suspicions were pretty much confirmed, its obvious that I probably didnt need all those repairs to my transmission. You know the saying fool me once, Well, I wont be fooled twice, there is not much I can do to prove that I was scammed but I will do everything in my power to keep others from having the same experience. If they run their business this way, they probably dont really care about my complaints but in my business, reputation is everything, I will not be returning my vehicle anytime soon and as a **** owner for the last 20 years, I find this very disappointing. Take your vehicle elsewhere so you don't get charged for things your vehicle doenst need.
