I made reservations to stay at the motel in *******, ** called premier inns for my family on 2/25/2022-02/27/2022 , myself my bf and his 4yo son, I have lived in that area for 22 years and never stayed there i moved to ******* last fall and had to come back to the area to retrieve my things to bring them back to ** i was working on a minimal budget because of expenses for the move and booked the least expensive motel closest to the location of my previous dwelling, from what I thought it looked nice enough for my family to stay, the photos made it look inviting and welcoming and that was far from what we received.The total cost was $190.47 i booked through booking.com with the hotel under the impression I would be getting a nice accommodation at least a clean hotel room for our 2 days stay, what we received was room ****************************************************** the bathroom on all the walls and around the shower head that was pulled out of the wall exposing the interior of the wall the fan was caked with dirt dust and mold the toilet bowl bottom was black only assumed to be mold there were mice in the room that we didn't know about until we were leaving the motel and i saw it run from our room into the adjoining room under the door that was kept shut with a s**** in the wall blocking it from opening there were no secondary locks on the doors there were spots on the bedding and the smoke detector was broken and didn't work it kept beeping all hours of the morning and night kept us up all weekend. the flooring outside the room doors was torn up old carpet that was molded and gross matted and dirty it was very bad. I reached out to both booking.com and the motel directly via chat system to right the matter neither entity have been able to give us the full compensation, the motel manager gave me $47.61 back so far and has not given me the rest saying i didnt ask for full refund through both parties which is not true. conf# ********** pin: **** on booking.com
