      Same like other customers. Avoid at all costs. Company sent technician out to repair air conditioning unit. The technician worked out side condensing unit. diagnose the fan motor is bad this system is installed by them in March 2024, they book the appointment Tech don't show up on appointment. Haddon has answering service takes the calls but Haddon has refused to return phone calls or emails to discuss a resolution. called service manager picked up phone promises me to call back never call back. they are ********** vendor. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.

      Avoid at all costs. Company sent technician out to repair air conditioning unit. The technician did it improperly causing a water leak. Haddon has refused to return phone calls or emails to discuss a resolution. They asked for a quote for the repair and haven't responded since. AVOID!!

      AVOID THIS COMPANY at all costs. After installation, the heater stopped blowing and required a part replacement that has been very difficult to get them to attend to even as it is under warranty. They scheduled appointments and never showed.They use a call answering service to field calls, taking messages for their office and no one gets back to you for days. It is very difficult to speak to anyone at the company. They take the human out of everything so you can never approach anyone and no one calls you back.Dont put yourself through the trouble of taking off work, and blocking out time for service when techs may never come. Every appointment scheduled had an initial no show and a few had multiple no shows before someone came to our home. Installs are done by pleasant people, but should you have a problem Its your loss even with the warranty you purchased because follow-up is almost non existent.We have been without the use of our heating and air conditioning unit for weeks. As I write, its still not resolved.

      Haddon H&C have a lot to learn about business and customer satisfaction. First the installer said the A/C won't work yet because they had to put more refrigerant in the system.. they didn't connect the gas line back up properly and we could smell the gas leak for 3 days until the guy came back out. When *** tried again to put more refrigerant in he couldn't do it. It took another technician to come out a few days later to say there were missing parts on the new systems. ****** said they couldn't get someone to come to my area for 2 weeks. Supposed to be today, but they called and said they don't have a technician to come out today and they don't know when they can reschedule. This business is terrible - I'm ready to call a lawyer!
