    The sauna I purchased from Influence Sauna in October of 2021 is no longer working. I have made several calls (no answer, was able to leave 1 voice mail) and sent numerous emails with only 1 email response asking me if I purchased through Influence or ********. I replied giving them my information, order number etc. and have not heard back from them after sending 2 follow up emails. There is a 10 year warranty on this product and I would like them to honor their promise.

    I bought a sauna through Influence Sauna about 3 months ago. I used it exactly Four times and then I went to use it again and the lock light was on. I tried everything they said to get the lock light off and nothing worked.
    I called them and spoke to**** who walked me through a variety of things to get the lock light off. He said it was probably the controller and he sent me a new one. The problem is that it requires hooking up wires and I'm not comfortable with that which I told someone else who called. It's been TWO weeks and I have had zero communication with them!! So, I now have a$5000.00 sauna which I cannot use. I have left messages at every single phone number I can find for them and ZERO RESPONSE!!! So frustrating! Please help me.
