    It's 2023 and they're still doing the same thing. Advertising products for sale that they cannot fulfill. I found them via ******* image search", looking for a product I couldn't find and it popped up as "in stock". A month after placing this order for a Christmas gift, I had nothing and no contact. I emailed and got a response two days later:"We do apologise for the delay in your order. We appear to be having problems sourcing this item due to supplier stock information being incorrect.We cannot guarantee that we will be able to get this item, but we will continue trying to source from other suppliers."It's now nearly another month after that contact (3 weeks)... NOTHING. I cancelled the two month old order today. I'll wait three days to see if I get my money refunded before I file with the credit card company... I would say this company is likely to be in legal trouble soon.

    I'd leave zero stars if I could! I ordered an item for Christmas on Nov 8. On Dec 15, I reached out because I had not received my order and their website tracking system was not working (they do not have a phone number to call). I received a response that they canceled my order. So, now I am 9 days before Christmas and cannot get the item here in time from anywhere. Had they let me know in November that they canceled my order, I would've had time to get it somewhere else. Thanks for ruining a Christmas for my little girl Fishpond! :(
