    On about November 18th I made a purchase from this company in the amount of ***** the website stated that I would get my product in seven days I did not. I waited about three weeks and contacted the company on November 5. They told me to wait a few more weeks and that my product should arrive soon on our about December 9 my product was delivered to the wrong address, I reached out to the company to get some type of resolution on the matter because my product was not delivered to me trying to get any information on the delivery company. I was given nothing no number no contact email nothing I then reached back out to the company to try to get a resolution again on that day December 9 also the 15th and the 17th with the no response.I have also made several attempts through Cash app which is the app that I paid, and they have declined and denied both of my applications, saying that they did not see any error on this companies end. In one of the two photos you can see where the package was delivered and the other photo you could see where my address is at the top of the photo and it was not delivered there so the package was delivered to the wrong address and I have yet to get any of my money or my merchandise back and again like I said, Ive reached out at the company with no resolve not even any information to get in touch with the carrier who delivered the package

    I purchased 15 puzzles, a puzzle mat, and dancing Santa from an "online" store on 8-26-2023. The store was represented as overstock on White ******** puzzles, even showing a picture of a White ******** store. It was to be shipped ****** What was shipped was a silk scarf, via ***** I emailed the address given in an email, suggesting an error in shipping. The reply was in broken English, wanting a picture of the wrong item. Which I sent. A few days later the reply was 'their "consignor" made the wrong batch due to hot sales so I received the wrong item, they were sorry, and will claim compensation from the shipper'. They wanted me to negotiate with their supplier. Who was not named. But they wanted me to ship the wrong item back to *****. They also proposed I keep the scarf and be refunded 40% back. I wrote back no, this is not my problem and no I will not ship something back to ***** when the return address on the package was from ***********. All the while still promising to ship the correct item when the wrong item was received. I took the package to *** and inquired shipping it to *****. They said they could not ship internationally. But they would send it back to the sender as "return to sender". That is what I intended to do when I first received the wrong thing. That is what I did- on September 20. I provided a picture of the package as instructed by them. They wanted a tracking number-*** told me the original tracking on the package is what would be used. They finally replied back saying it has to go back to *****- which it appeared it did not come from, it appeared it came from ***********. Now they have my money AND the items I ordered, PLUS the wrong item they sent me. I didn't feel like I should pay to send the wrong item back to them. And it appears they had no intention of sending what I purchased in the first place. Had I have known this transaction was originating in *****, I would not have done it. They are drawing this out.
