    TOP PORTABLE HEATER is a rip-off company! An order was immediately canceled after placement/payment via calls to the ph# listed for the company as well as emails. THEY NEVER RESPOND OTHER THAN AN EMAIL STATING THEY WILL GET BACK TO YOU. Then they state the order was shipped!THEY COMPLETELY IGNORE ANY FOLLOW-UP AND IT APPEARS THIS IS A WHOLLY DROP SHIP SET-UP OUT OF COMMERCE, ***This complaint is being followed up with Consumer Affairs State of CA agency as they are fraudulent.

    On 12/24/2024 at 02:19 pm my wife placed an order with Top Portable Heater company (**************************************). It took three to four weeks for delivery. There was no correspondence from Top Portable Heater company - no tracking number, no shipping information, no nothing. We finally received the ordered heater. It was the model that plugs directly into the electrical wall outlet. The heater does not fit snuggly into the electrical outlet. The heater droops down exposing the electrical prongs. This clearly presents the potential for a fire hazard. I have called the number on their website. The message doesn't even give the companies name. The message states the wait time is four to five minutes. After fifteen minutes you are asked to leave a message. I have left the contact information they request and still haven't heard back from the Top Portable Heater company. I have emailed them and get a quick auto response saying "Thank you for reaching out to us! We wanted to let you know that we have received your email and our team is working hard to assist you as quickly as possible." Still have not heard from them. When I click and their ******************** link the page does not exist. All we want to do is return the potential fire hazard heater and get a refund. This appears to be a scam operation company and I would recommend avoiding them at all cost. I have no idea how my wife found Top Portable Heater company but she has learned a ****** and will research a companies reputation before making a purchase.
