      On 4-28-25 I ordered 7 of their products seasonings and paid $45.00 for them. Order #******. I have not received any product yet. I have emailed them and texted them to see where my order is and on 4-30-25. Received an email that they were awaiting replenishment of products in my order . And it would only be a few days. On 4-9-25 I received any update email that says Ill receive a Shipping Soon email with the latest status. I have not received it or my order. I have emailed them and tried to call the number listed on their website but nothing. Please help. I dont know what to do next. To me $45.00 is a lot to waste and to be taken advantage of.

      Do not buy from this company. I purchased on their website over 6 weeks ago, and paid for seasoning of which I cannot get. I contacted their email, promised a refund and they have "ghosted" me for any chance of refund. I tried the phone number found on internet and it hangs up. Big scam. Learn from my mistake. They are horrible.

      I placed an order with Flavor God on April 6, 2025 (Order #******) and paid $31.99. As of today, my order has not been fulfilled. I have attempted to resolve this issue by completing the companys online contact forms, submitting messages through their website and text message system, and contacting them through their ******** page. I have not received any response. There is no customer service phone number available, making it impossible to speak to a representative directly.Despite multiple attempts to contact Flavor God to request either fulfillment of my order or a refund, they have remained completely unresponsive. I am requesting a full refund of $31.99.I respectfully ask for BBBs assistance in resolving this matter.

      I placed an order on 4/2/2025. On 4/7/2025, I received an email from the company stating 'Thank you for your recent purchase with Flavor God. We're writing to you to give you a quick update on your order that you recently placed. We were informed by our warehouse that we are awaiting a replenishment of a product/s in your order which is why it hasn't been shipped yet. We do not expect this to be a lengthy delay, but in the event that it will be more than a few days, we will send out further communication with an estimated ship date. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.' referencing order ******* but my receipt is for order ******. As of 4/23/2025, I have still not received my order. I have contacted the company numerous times through email (on 4/20/2025 & 4/22/2025) support and Instagram messenger (4/23/2025) I have received no responses to any of my attempts to contact the company regarding my order.

      I made an online order March 31st I'm which I was emailed back saying my order was currently on hold because an item was being replenished and I would be updated and it wouldn't take long. I emailed support 6 days ago asking for an update and nothing. I contacted them on their website and no response. I asked them to cancel the order since I'm being ignored now. Still no response! Ridiculous!

      I ordered products on 3/8/25. After over a week, I was told the items were on back order. A week or two later, I had no update so I started reaching out. The website states you can email, call or text. No one replies to texts and the phone number does not work for calls. Emails went unanswered for over a week I had to file a chargeback with my bank. When they finally did reply to my emails they didnt even look into my order. It was a very generic response still with no shipping info. Upon replying I informed them that I was very unhappy and would like a refund or my product. They stated since I filed the chargeback they wont be doing anything. This is terrible customer service as I should not have to wait for my bank to investigate a dispute when FlavorGod could handle this themselves by issuing a refund or even mailing my items. I included a screen shot showing some of the conversation as well as a screen shot of my dispute status showing that its waiting on a response from FlavorGod! Theyre obviously ignoring the dispute AND my requests, basically taking my money! Its a very unprofessional business. **************** is basically non-existent and when they do respond its useless and they dont ************ about their customers.

      I had cancelled my subscription order with Flavor God multiple times, but something must have been wrong with their website because it would never "stick". I have chatted and emailed them 11 times since Feb 28th in regards to my refund. They stopped the order so I didn't even get a product from them. Instead of answering my emails, I get a canned response about shipping taking longer.
