    I purchased a Cordless Weed Eater from *********** labs via their website ************************** on July 30, 2025 (I receivedthe package on August 6).& I've since found my old Weed Eater that still works. And so, on August 12, 2025, I asked ****** for a refund, letting them know I no longer need their Weed Eater.Yet ever since then they keep stalling by offering 5%, then 10% compensation of the order amount, now this morning they sent an email offering a 12% compensation of the order amount! Even though I specifically requested all my money back 100%!Their email responses also stated that, "If you wish to return the product for a refund, you will need to return the product and pay the shipping costs. Returning the product from your location to ***** will cost a lot of money and time."I've repeatedly told them that I understand that I pay for shipping cost, I just want my money back!But they keep stalling!
