    I found this company online to help me with my move from san diego, ca to pullman, wa. Once the contract was signed they found ways to keep charging us for "unexpected" fees for example, our new building had a flight of stairs and they charged us $75 on the spot during delivery. On top of this, they broke my furniture. I had no issue with this because they explained that I can file a claim online and it would be taken care of. The following day, all the phone numbers associated with the account were broken/not working. I had to take on an investigative role to find the owner(s) personal information to contact them directly about my claim. Once I found Ori (their phone number is 310-528-000) he told me that he would not talk to me because of my attitude. I simply want this company to honor what was in our contract and reimburse me for the furniture that they broke. Now whenever I call the number I previously mentioned, the calls do not go through so I am assuming that I am blocked. I texted them from a texting app and the owner told me that he will not help me.

    They don't follow the rules of their contract they initially said they would call 24-48 hrs before pick-up. I called 72 hours before due to my pick-up being being on a Sat when their office wasn't open. They said I would get a call 24/48hrs before & then called me day of 2-3 hrs before arrival. They then tried to charge me an add'l 1K to my guarantee price to take maybe an add'l 100cubic feet. I decided to have my items shipped through **** instead. The delivery, I was equally terrible in I called on day 14 as they est. 10-14 days it came on day 15 but again I called to find out, they may have just shown up again. They tried to not allow me to pay by credit card which is allowed per their contract but they did & only made a small fuss about it. They then delivered my items & were going to leave w/out assembling all items & charging me an add'l 3hundred dollars for the stairs. Not included in their guaranteed price. They didn't have my mattress or box springs that are on the list provided & the driver acted as if he didn't know where my items were. Which is weird cause they not only weren't on his truck ***************************** according to him & he said maybe would be delivered the next week. I spent the entire next week calling & emailing w/out speaking to anyone except a salesperson who said to "send an email" on the initial day of finding out they were missing from truck. Again, they were going to leave w/o mentioning it had I not asked that they find out where my items were. The only reason I moved my belongings were due to the price of my mattress so for that to be the only thing not delivered is very frustrating. I just want my item delivered since they have been paid in full.
