    Purchased four caskets. Paid in full about 5 years ago. Went to business location to check in to make sure everything was in order and discovered a new, none related business standing in its place with no forwarding information.

    In 2006 we purchased a casket for my mother because she has cancer and did not know if she would make it . thankfully she did at that time but unfortunately she passed away last week I tried contacting the company but they don't answer or return my calls

    Bought two caskets paid $3,239 received one casket in 3/2017 needed second casket in 6/2024. Tried contacting company at phone numbers ************ disconnected number. Tried second number ************ left two messages no response. Contacted counselor *************************** at ************. Stated he stopped working after ***** does not know where the owners are and knows no other information. Name of company is Payless Caskets *******************************************************************************

    In **** my husband (has since passed) entered into an agreement with Payless Caskets on **** *****************, ****************, ********** *****. I paid the final $1506.60 but when I called Payless Caskets today Aug. 12 their phone number was disconnected. Other friends who purchased caskets from Payless Caskets also said they were unable to reach Payless Caskets. Payless Caskets did not fulfill their contract and did not provide me with the casket after I paid $1506.60.

    date of transaction 11/25/2014 Cash price $4,674.53, item 2 metal black burial caskets with metal tops. Payment plan of 72 months at $51.94 a month due on 1/15. Issue: after sending my final payment on 1/15/23 I did not receive a receipt from Payless Caskets inc. I called the business at ************ and was advised that they are now bankrupt and can no longer do anything for me. I would like advise on what can I do to get my money back. Is this legal can they just now keep my money. Contract # Goc-******
