    I ordered 3 thx cartridge and one vape $90 dollars and only one item Is good, other ones are damage. Tried to contact the company and nothing. Never in my life

    I was overcharged and unable to get any response from customer support. Be careful when using discount codes. The order summary reflected the 30% discount, but I was charged full price.

    No stars. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Ive been trying to cancel my order for over a month. They do not answer the phone or read emails.*********************************

    This used to be a great company but the last few months have been terrible. Charged my credit card and then waited 3 weeks to ship an order last month. This month they left out an item from my order. **************** is worthless, and that's saying that they respond at all. I had subscriptions with Exhale Wellness that I canceled today because of how awful they have become. I don't think I'll ever see a refund or get a response from customer service. Sad, really, their product is good but the service is beyond terrible.

    This company has tanked recently. Sent 1/3 of my order, and theyve ghosted me. No one answers the phone or emails. Youve been warned.

    They've taken my money and shipped no order. Customer support, if they respond, does not follow through to solve your issue. No one answers the phone.

    I am going on a month without receiving a product. I am so upset and I wish I would have read these reviews first. My order was over $200, and I was told the order had shipped, and it clearly hasnt. I tried calling the company only to get a recording stating that there is a high volume and they wont be taking my call at this time. I am unsure what to do next.

    I wish I wouldve read these reviews so I didnt get scammed like everyone else!! Just like everyone said they take your money and send no product or give you a discount to be quiet!! Well it was two weeks for me and they charged my card without shipping anything!!! They are unprofessional and who knows whos running this operation. Dont use this company there are many others you can use! Get your refund I did by saying my bank will not allow this to continue and an email came back right away !! However they wont show you the monthly recurring order stopped. I emailed today and if they do the right thing I will write another review.

    These people are impossible. I never received the product nor have I gotten a refund. When I contacted they said I am free to refuse delivery and that it has shipped but when I track the shipping ***** says they never received package. This has been an ongoing issue for a month no product and they won't refund.

    This company seems to be all about fraud. They send bogus promo codes and then try to get you to "just pay the full amount and we'll refund the difference." No. Recently I ordered one item from them. They took my money KNOWING they'd be unable to fulfill the order then sent an email two days later saying it wouldn't ship for a week. That week has come and gone. They don't answer the phone or emails and chat bot doesn't work. So far I have been unable to get the item or a refund and had to file a dispute with the bank. I finally got a call from them at 8:00 at night sniveling about how they were having "warehouse problems" and why weren't the customers more patient and understanding? They said the item would be shipped that night. Haven't heard from, or been able to get ahold of them, since. But hey, they did send me another promo code trying to get me to throw more good money after bad! Don't bother with these scammers.
