- The business also offers Negative Option Plans, Continuity Plans and Automatic Shipments without a clear and conspicuous disclosure of all material terms of the negative option feature.

BBB requested that the business review their advertising and provide substantiation based on reliable, recent, competent testing for each of the health claims made and to modify or discontinue any advertising that is in violation of FDA and FTC mandates for this industry.
