    On 03/24/2022 I signed a contract and paid ******** to servitor engineering to do a lot merger for ************************ and on 09/20/2022 a send them ******** to pay for the application to the city of ******* ,than on 08/09/2023 they asked me to send ****** to cover for the Topography Survey ,which I did and on 11/23/2023 the city of ******* provided servitopengineering with a list of discrepancies and corrections that needed to be made and re submit and they never did. after 01/2024 I started calling to inquire about the progress of the project ,no one would answer so I would leave a message and I did that for more than a year, untill on 03/13/2025 **** ****** answer the phone and assure me that ***** would call me within an hour to give me an update and no one ever called me and if I call no one answers the phone or returns my phone calls and I just went to the city on 06/16/2025 to see if they have filled any thing to continue the process,but they have not,so if you could help me in any way I would really appreciate it.if they are willing to finish the proyec I am ok or they can just return the money that I already pay
