    What a quick, amazing experience!
    I was reserved about getting my money back for a vendor fee but was quite surprised to have the funds returned to me. This is a high value service I would definitely recommend!

    I received an email from this business stating "NO BUSINESS WANTS TO RECEIVE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ABOUT THEIR BUSINESS" with a link to their web site and a supposed review from today.
    This is their way of generating business. Fake reviews. I can tell by the review the person writing the review has not been in our salon.

We achieve this objective by assisting in resolving complaints and posting reviews for businesses. The review relays the opinion of the customer and their personal experience with your business. We are a third party and we do not create fake reviews. This review was not written by our company. It was posted on our website by the person who provided us with your company information and the review that was written. We attempted to contact the reviewer to authenticate the review. As a courtesy, we have removed the review from your company record since we did not receive a response.

    I used BCA, Inc. to file a Customer complaint on May 17, 2023 against Rushmore Loan Services LLC as follows.
    "Notice of Error/Principal Curtailment, I made a separate "Additional Principal Payment" on May 09, 2023. Payment was made using the Online Portal and labeled as "Additional Principal" Confirmation #17856838. The funds have been placed in "Partial Payment" (Unapplied) status since payment date, a Clear violation of Servicing Laws, Rules & Regulations. Terrible servicing, other violations still pending resolution, potential litigation."
    I then received an email notification from BCA, Inc that "The complaint is waiting for your response", Rushmore had responded, and the response was posted on May 26, 2023. I reviewed the Company Response and tried for several days to complete my Customer Rebuttal online but could not finalize it due to unknown website/internet problem. This morning the website is unavailable and shows error warning page "Your connection isn't private".
    I don't know what's going on with the website.
    I DO THANK BCA, Inc. for their service as my complaint was satisfied. Thru BCA, Inc.'s professional and prompt process Rushmore reversed the funds. My "Resolution Sought" thru BCA, Inc. was posted with my complaint as follows " Immediately Apply the Principal Curtailment of $ 533.00 to the Outstanding Principal Balance as of date of payment, May 09, 2023. Process Payment on date of payment, adjust Outstanding Principal Balance, THEN apply Mortgage Payment made on May 11, 2023".
    Rushmore did in fact reverse their wrongful action, reversed the funds held in suspense & applied the funds as a Principal Curtailment payment, as law requires.

    Fraudulent business taking any type of complaint in order to solicit your company for a membership. They promise favorable reviews if you subscribe to their membership.

    We contacted your company, MJ Repo Services to get a response to a complaint your customer posted claiming items were stolen out of his car when it was repossessed. Your company asked our office to retract the response you provided, although we encouraged responding to your customer. You also asked to have the complaint removed because you did not give our office permission to post it. As I previously explained, the complaint description provided was based on the experience your customer had with your company and we will not accede to your request to stop sending future complaint(s) if we process any. Our reporting is subject to the same constitutional and state law protections that exist for a myriad of other sites like Google, Yelp, and the Better Business Bureau (BBB) that publish reviews and ascribe ratings to businesses. Our organization falls under the same protections as the BBB who sent us your complaint. The complaint is closed as unanswered, but you may respond if you choose to. Your low rating is based on the failure to respond to the complaint we sent and other factors of the report. Membership is not a factor in the rating. We encourage all businesses to respond to complaints. We placed your company on our Do Not Call List. You will not be contacted for membership again, but this does not pertain to contacts regarding any possible future complaint(s).

    I want to share my experience with business consumer alliance (BCA).
    Unfortunately,.no matter how great their mission statement is written , BCA did not deliver ,even though BCA is not a scam,the only thing they did for me ,was in July 2022 open a case,then on August 20222 close the case because they didn't get a response ????
    Something is not right!!!!!!!

    Although we make every effort to try to mediate complaints our office processes, we are unable to obtain a response in every case. We are sorry the company chose not to respond after we attempted to contact them. Your complaint will be part of their public record for three years. We provide a platform for consumers and businesses to resolve disputes using the complaint information along with other factors in our reports which are available to the public to assist them with identifying the reputability of a business much like the BBB system, which you seem to be familiar with. I was not able to find a report on the BBB website for this company. It is unfortunate that the company decided not to respond to us; however, you may want to consider filing a complaint with the BBB and the Dental Board of California who regulates the dental industry.
