    I have recently ordered a damper system for one that broke while in car, The damper was properly installed into my vehicle. The damper after a couple months failed and broke at the top of the shaft which to my surprise seemed to be a low grade cast material which is very odd for such an expensive damper from a highly regarded brand. The damper broke in car so I caused me to have to tow the car back to my house and have down time on a vehicle that I needed for commute. Both the damper and bump stop had been broken. I wanted to warranty the product but had bought them from the original owner so the warranty policy does not include my claim since I am the second order. So I ordered another damper to the price of $281 which ended up being north of $300 after tax and shipping. I have ordered coil over dampers from numerous other suspension companies and the usual items that are included tend to be the mounting hardware, bump stop, and sometimes even the spring collar. I double checked to make sure the hardware came with which it did not surprisingly which is terrible for paying $300 for a damper. I did not think to even ask about the bump stop because I thought at the very least it would come with a part that is apart of assembly and that the damper needs in order to function properly. The sales rep also did not make me aware of this which would be the very least I would expect out of someone dealing with customer service. So after waiting 5 weeks for a part since they had to order me one from the factory in Germany it gets to me and has no bump auto and nothing on it just strictly the damper housing itself. After expressing my digest of the bump stop not being included which is absolute ludicrous I was met with “I can price one and check availability”, I had already had to spend the time and money because of a flaw in the quality of the damper manufactured by them but now had to weight potentially another 3-4 weeks to get a part that should be included. This is crazy!

    1 st when lift kit arrived it had 2 upper control arms and no hardware the upper arms had no marking etc when truck was apart we became aware they sent 2 driver side control arms they mailed control arm which was supposed to be rushed same day it was not when i didn't receive they sent another so was without truck for 2 weeks the bushings are separate so they had to be removed from old arm they didn't include them when the sent the correct arm and thats when the real problems started unlike factory control arms as stated these have separate bushings the washers have larger inside diameter which allows the washer to move around with the control arm movement the washer is very large and while moving around knocks out your camber pins on Silverado after 3 alignments to which on one the bolt for control arm almost cam all the way out pins knocked out and gouged so bad the had to be replaced and tacked in place i contacted due to the website saying protected against design flaws etc well that went no where was told should have got with them to resolve issue the issue is your design i cant be without a truck waiting on your re design and paying for alignments you don't cover as stated by manager john carnell who was not helpful so i bought rough country control arms 4/1/2022 and have been thru rough country and etc and no issues great design and product from rough country would not recommend belltech don't walk away RUN!!!

    The customer purchased the product through an Ebay store and received the product on January 1, 2022. He reached out to us on January 31, 2022, regarding his mis-boxed kit and we sent him out the correct control arms. FedEx lost this order, so we sent out a second one that he received the next day. According to the customer he had ongoing issues with this kit. However, in three months he never reached out to us for assistance in fixing his issues. He took it upon himself to not follow our instructions but to weld on washers, remove parts of our kit, and install other companies’ components to fix his issue. He finally contacted us on April 14th asking for us to refund his money for a kit that he did not purchase directly from us and to pay for multiple alignments. If the customer would have reached out to us prior to taking matters into his own hands, we would have helped him diagnose the issue. If we found our parts to be faulty, we would have replaced them under warranty at that time. Since he has already removed our kit, he never gave us the opportunity to diagnose his issue. He did not purchase this kit through us directly, so we never took any funds from the customer. Which means we do not have the funds to return to him. He needs to contact the original seller if he is looking for a refund.
