    Notice was given and accepted and moved out on may 5. The rent was paid for the month of may. They have refused to give back the pro rated rent. They didnt send a claim on the deposit within 30 days so according to Florida statute, It has to be returned. Now, they sent a document saying they are refunding $ 901 out of the ******** deposit. The rest They are keeping for charges for June (****** rent) late fees for ***** for ***** The lease was up. So it was month to month. ***** also previous told the BBB that she was returning the pro rated rent.But I went on a rant. I did not,But lets say I did. Does that give her a reason to Without funds that are not hers. 83.49(3), Florida Statutes says they have to return the deposit is no claim was sent within 30 days. They did not send it within the 30 days. They refuse to give back the full deposit. ***** is dishonest and has no ethics. I would not rent from them or allow them to rent out your homes. They dont do the upkeep on them. All they care about is money.

    If I could give lower than 1 star I would. I was a tenant of A+ Property Management for a year and it was the most insulting experience of my life. When we moved in, the property was not cleaned (professionally or personally). We paid for the full month of July and could not live there until July 12th due to having to clean everything ourselves. We were cussed out when we signed our lease agreements all because we asked her to prorate for the cleaning time. During the initial walk through she refused to show us the garage. In every phone conversation we were cussed out with some of the most fowl and vulgar language I have ever experienced. She also constantly talked poorly about the owner and the neighbors - once even trying to intentionally draw a wedge between me and the owner/neighbors so I wouldn't be able to hear the truth about how she runs her business.

    We have never missed rent or paid late. She treated us with the most disrespect I have ever encountered.

    I am so disappointed in her and the way she's treated me and my neighbors.

    This was my first renting experience and I am holding out hope that not all management companies are like her.
