    I received a crown back in 2020. This crown has fallen off twice since and I have gone back to have re-cemented. It fell off again about 2 weeks ago. I came back here to ask them to once again put the crown back on. At this point, I was told that I would need to have another one made but it would be covered since the crown kept falling off. Upon walking out I realized I left said crown in the room and I was told it was ok, I will just be getting a new one. Waited 2 weeks for my appointment and came in today. They bring me back and give me shot to numb my mouth. AFTER giving me said shot, girl from the front (******) comes in and starts asking for my insurance. I tell her: 1. It’s Delta Dental and 2. Why do you need my insurance? I thought it was covered. At this point, she tells me that I am responsible for paying for a post? To keep the crown on. None of this was explained to me before. So she brings the doctor back in who states that this will need to be done and I am responsible for cost. So they need my insurance. Even though I have Delta Dental, I don’t have my physical card with me. ****** called but apparently was told that I wasn’t covered. So they stopped my appointment and asked me to reschedule. My question is: why wasn’t this all done before I was brought back to the chair and given shots to numb my mouth? Currently about to drive home without my dental work done and a numb mouth. Poor customer service in my opinion.

    I have never felt so humiliated and bullied in my life. All this office is worried about is money. I had paid my braces in full months ago got the surgery I was advised to get. Office gets a new ortho Dr. and he tells me basically that the surgery did not work. As a human being I was emotional I didn’t want to hear anything but the next step but he insisted on going over the previous doctors notes for the past three years. I didn’t have the time or patience to do so and I let him know and he became upset because I didn’t want to Go over notes we had been going back and forth for awhile and I continued to tell him I just want to know what his next step was since he is my orthodontist now and I don’t have time to listen to 3 years worth of notes. He was frustrated at this point grabbed the front desk woman Juanita and then tried to changed his statement and said we can try to do what I was doing with the previous orthodontist so I was even more upset because he is sitting there switching what he just said to me so when I addressed it he became so upset hitting the computer screen telling me if I can read and I let him know that if he is going to continue to do that we will have a problem because we were sitting really close I could feel the air coming off of his hand. At this point we are both done with each other so he proceeds to say I was no longer his patient gets up and walks away. This was my first and last encounter with this orthodontist. I asked for my money back and Juanita decided to say she would see about helping me giving me all these empty promises. I agreed because for me it’s more about getting the treatment done. First I was told if come in Monday they would assist me I came in still didn’t get my alignment for my braces they just wanted me to retell my story . Honestly I think they wanted to see if I was going to get out of hand so they can say I am the problem. Then while I was there I was told by Wednesday I would get an answer on whether I could
