We arranged for this company to come out and look at our inverter for our solar which wasn’t working and give us a quote to replace it and/or a quote for a new solar system. We were never told it would cost anything as we assumed it was an estimate (4 other companies came out for free to do this). We never heard back. He was here approximately 1 hr. We received a bill for 420.00. I called the office and was told their hourly rate is 120.00 hr. And told there was driving time, (we are 15 min away) and he was here 3.5 hrs, which is a lie. He was here roughly an hour. I have an employee who can attest to that. Every time I talk with them they are rude, unprofessional and argumentive. Upon receiving the first bill I telephoned the office and disputed charges and informed them that I don’t plan to pay this amount. I didn’t receive another bill until 5 months later. I had assumed they dropped everything. No, they just had staff changes and dug up an old bill. I was threatened to be taken to collections in which I yelled back at the poor office gal and informed her that if they do that, we will sue them. We have great credit and pay all bills always but this company is not willing to make things right. After I got extremely mad and asked for the owner to call me, I got 3 calls that went to voice mail from ****** within an hour. He was very cocky and unprofessional in his demeanor. They have been dishonest and do not mention any charges up front and then you get a bill for services they didn’t perform.
