  This worked for less than 20 minutes. I reached out to them via email since they number they have listed is not a real number. They are refusing to refund my money, $179.00.I would give them less than 1 star. Curious if anyone has actually got a refund?? They only want me to buy another one at a discount. they have asked me twice in an email to delete my review on Trust Pilot, hmmm. They asked me for a video. can't do that when the thing fell apart and can't be turned back on.

  Bought 3 in 1 Trimmer. Plastic "blades" bent after one use. Wire trim attachment did not fit the trimmer's rotating head. I sent many emails requesting a refund. Received responses from various representatives. I requested a phone number to describe the problems, did not receive number. They wanted pictures or video of problems . I sent 3 pictures to customer support on July *********** not get a response until 8 days later stating they didn't receive these pics. They wanted me to send pics via a thread. No idea what they wanted and was never clarified. All this was started within 30 days. I am very upset and will not do business with this company.

  If there were negative stars to give, that would be my rating. This company falsely advertised their product omitting critical information in their online description which then resulted in receiving a product I did not expect. I started a return process at the beginning of the month, and it takes customer services over a week to reply, and every reply is a suggestion as to how I am not properly using the product when it is simply not the product I was expecting. It feels like jumping through hoops to simply get a return address and refund processed. At this rate, a dispute has been filed as the company is not taking any steps to process a simple return. I regret not doing my due diligence and researching this scam website. I hope action is taken to get them removed and banned from selling falsely advertised products.

  Absolutely the worst China company! They sent me a tool that did not even last 30 days and after contacting them, they sent me another one that does not work and is dirty and used. ****** will not give me my money back because they support China companies.

  ItoolMax did not deliver the purchased product nor does it provide a phone number to call. I sent several messages to the customer support on the website, but they did not provide any feedback.

  Scammers. I ordered cordless pool vacuum cleaner. Never received shipping status nor product. Company wont respond to my emails or messages. Working on getting refund with buyer protection through ******.

  Company doesnt honor 30 day warranty by requiring authorization to return product but either failing to respond to email return requests (no phone calls allowed) or answering return requests by stalling by replying with setup instructions or offering discounts vs return authorization. Finally I put a hold on CC. Will either return unopened product to sender warehouse or to authorized return instructions if ever received. Do not recommend using this company!!

  we placed an order and the company took our money, but we heard nothing after that. I reached out several ways and heard nothing and then I started commenting on social media and they blocked me. This is just a scam company.

  Ordered the 3 in 1 Cordless Rechargeable Pool Vacuum Cleaner from Instagram. Product was never delivered. Multiple emails went unanswered. Phone # is bogus. Shipment tracking # was invalid. I disputed the charge w/ my credit card company.

  ZERO STARS. this company advertises on ******** etc. I never got my item, after paying. They have no phone number to call they never ever answer emails which is the only way to contact them. I got an email 10 days ago saying my order was being prepared and as soon as **** received the item I would get notification. I just today learned that email is also a scam. Nothing from ****. Tracking number says shipping label was created and that's as far as it went so far. Many folks been scammed by this company. The one n only phone number listed for them under Yelp is constantly busy, it never even rings...STAY AWAY from this company, they're SCAMMERS!!!
