    Agree with the other reviews. HORRIBLE COMPANY. Sent me two of the same dress & billed me twice within a minute. I'm still trying to get my money back even though I finally got them to take the 2nd dress back. They said they refunded the money. They have not. They lied to ************ and me. Do NOT do business with them.

    The clothing is made cheap and they do not have "Easy Returns"You cannot reach anyone on phone and the email reply's seem computer generated. they offered me $50 back on a $104 purchase. this was the third option the first was only $15 I was given the option to return the items to ***** at my cost!! I called my credit card company and made them aware and was refunded the cost.

    There is no phone number or customer service number. No way to contact them. How can I get my money back? Please help me. I do not have money enough to throw away. I need my money back. Three dresses total of $132.00.

    Horrible company. Dress did not fit. Made so poorly. They offered me ***** to keep the dress. NO. I PAID *****. Then went to *****. Still a NO. Website says easy refunds. Do NOT do business with this sham of a company. Wish I read the reviews first

    Never! Never buy anything from www.rasney.com. They advertise nice looking clothing but ship to you a cheap trash that doesn't look even close to their pictures. You ask for refund? Yeah right. My purchase was $87 and they offered me $20 compensation. What? I said I'll be fighting until I won't get my money back. They offered $45. I refused again. Agreed on $74. Please Please. Do not make the same mistake. Do not deal with this scam! Protect your money from them.

    In February I order 5 clothing items from this company and the quality of the items and their customer service response is not good. The order took over three weeks to arrive and I never received a confirmation on what I ordered when I ordered the items. When the items arrived they quality was very poor. They were packaged with no company information in plastic bags with no instructions on how to contact the company. When I did more research I read that only items with poor quality could be returned and that I had had to get authorization first before sending back. I sent my request over 10 days ago and followed up; no one has responded.
