I was a J.ING member since 2020 and spent $1000 to buy 2X $600 gift cards (total $1200 value) from them on 10/03/2020. I made a couple orders in 2020 and 2021 using these gift cards and they worked well. Recently I heard that they are running out of money and leaving the **. So I came back to check out their website. It shows they are still running the business and taking new orders. However, I figured that they removed all my existing account information, including my previous orders and my gifts cards info! Moreover, they also removed the options of paying with gift cards, which makes it impossible to use or recover the leftover money on my gift cards (>$1000 value).I emailed them but they never replied. They didn't even leave a US address or phone number on their website now which is a big red flag! Now I suspect that they already ran away but keep taking money from consumers from the ***I would like to get some help help on contacting the company for refund of these unused gift cards. Or if they are a real scam, they need to be closed and forbidden to run business in the **. I have the initial emails that I received about these gift cars and screen shots on the gift cards' codes. Since on their gift cards, there is no expiration date and it is within the 5-year window based on the federal law, they shouldn't avoid people using these gift cards. (Unfortunately, due to the timeframe, I am not able to get credit card transaction history from ***** bank on these gift cards purchase, but you may be able to request that from ***** if needed.) In April 2022, I returned part of a purchase (because some clothes do not fit). The customer representative said I will receive a refund in form of store credit that will never expire. On 10/1/2023, I wanted to use the store credit but the e-card link is broken. I contacted customer service about my $94.77 in store gift card , and got an auto-reply saying my message is blocked. I placed an order of $299.53 and paid through my Chase credit card as of May 31, 2023. The order is never shipped also noted the J.ING company site is closed. Never get the refund and it's out of the credit card dispute period.Initial Complaint

I purchased clothing from J.Ing in January of this year - order number ********. The order never arrived, and I tried getting in contact with them multiple times. Each time, they assured me it was "coming," but all items are listed as "awaiting shipment." It's September. I gave up months ago but was unable to get them to refund my money or cancel the order, as it appears all emails to their inbox are blocked. My bank refused to refund my money as well since it's been so long. The oddest part is, I've ordered from them in the past, and there was no issue. Their clothes were cute and good quality. This would have been the third order from them I've ever done, but it never arrived. I think something is seriously going on over there.Initial Complaint

I placed two orders with J.Ing back in December 2022 and January 2023. After the orders were placed and waited for 3-4 months but no shipment confirmation was received. I followed up with J.Ing for both orders via emails and ******** messenger and was told that the order will be deliver soon and asked if I can wait, so I wait for another three months. To date no orders were received so I asked for a refund for both orders, J.Ing at first stated that both refunds were processed and asked that I wait 14 days to receive the refund. Another month went by and no refund was received so I contacted J.Ing via ******** messenger and they completely ignored my messages.Initial Complaint

My order was confirmed on March 8 2023. Order #********. I have never received it. I have tried to get into contact with the company numerous times, but they have no customer service, no phone number, only instagram and email. I sent them a message on instagram and sent them multiple emails to no prevail. I filed a claim with my bank, but because it fell outside of the 120 filing period, I my claim did not prevail. I would like my money back.
