    They are selling ******** brand slippers as cloud cushion slides. Pictures attached to email to them 1/27 when order finally received ordered on 1/4. They are charging $25 for ******** brand slippers that I could have purchased for $12 at ***** or $18 at **** and I ordered 2 pair like an idiot! This is a scam!!!

    I purchased two pairs of cloud slides and the straps are too big. I contacted them to set up a return and they will not let me. They first suggested I keep them, give them away, and offered me 50% off a new pair. I declined and asked again for the return address, and then they offered a 50% refund and to keep the cloud slides. I again declined and again asked for the return address and I have not heard back from them since. Ive emailed them numerous times and have not received a response. I have slides that cannot be worn and a company that offers returns but who will not allow me to return them!!

    I ordered cute bear slippers on 12/10/2023 and finally was able to get info that my order in ***** was waiting to be picked up by the carrier on 01/12/2024. still nothing. i was getting apology emails on about 3 inquiries, but now they no longer respond, but still send me more offers for there shoes. what a mistake i made. what a SCAM.

    Just like everyone else has stated, I have the same problems with this company. Sandals are ridiculously big and dangerous to walk in. All I want is my 30 day money back guarantee refund. Ive emailed and called and text. No response at all. Pretty soon my 30 day window will be up. Very disappointed and I wish I never ordered from them. They need to be investigated.

    This company is a SCAM! You will NEVER receive a mailing slip for a return nor receive a refund. I have been emailing and calling for 2wks straight & no response at all!! I hate that their site is still able to be up on ****** or Instagram. I consider myself shrewd when it comes to online businesses but I got got this time. As consumers we have very little recourse against scum businesses like Cloud Cushion Slippers. I hope the company soon gets some recourse by having their company put out of business. Freaking scammers!!

    Having exacting the same issues as ****** (posted on 03/24/23) and so many others having posted here. Not able to contact vendor via email or phone number listed on Cloud Cushion Slides website. Phone line always busy; no response from my 5 requests via email for a mailing label. I found out that the name listed on my credit card statement is "Measuring Tape" not Cloud Cushion Slides. First time seeing this name. I have filed a "billing dispute" through my credit card company, and I am holding on to the shoes until I hear from Cloud Cushion Slides; they are in their original packaging. Advice given to me by my credit card company. I am VERY apprehensive about returning them to the address listed in CA (I believe this is probably a warehouse, not an office), and having no recourse on my purchases. This company needs to be reported on social networks. Never believe "reviews" ... not always truthful. I wish I had looked to the BBB for help before making my purchases.

    I purchased these shoes based on an online advertising thinking they were the original company for the cloud shoes. I ordered my normal shoe size and they did not fit and I emailed the company with the order number and everything and its been over a week now, and I have not heard anything back. When I tried to call the number, the line is always busy no matter what time of day I call. I am only asking to exchange the shoes for a bigger size, but I have not received a response. On their website, they guarantee that you can make an exchange with no problem, but I have not been able to contact them .

    Very shady business! We've Emailed customer service multiple times regarding a return request. They have not gotten back to **. After researching more, it looks like this is common. Wish I would have done the research before ordering.

    Ordered in July...never received my order. Have emailed and called and getting no response. No acknowledgment of my receiving my emails. Their phone number is only for recording a message. Yet I receive email ads every day to buy more of their product. Stay away from this bad business!
