    I would like to return merchandise for a refund, but all of their published phone numbers are "not in service" and their ********************************** has not replied to me.

    I PURCHASED ON LINE 2 PRODUCTS FROM THEIR ADVERTISE DSALE I RECVD. AN EMAIL YESTERDAY 10/16/23 THAT THE DELIVERY HAS BEEN MADE I CHECKED MY LOCKED MAIL BOX AND MY DELIVERY WAS NOT THERE I ATTEMPTED TO CALL THIS COMPANY ************ AND THE RECORDING INDICATED THAT THERE WAS AN ERROR AND THE RECORDING ENDED I PURCHASED SERVICE FROM CONSUMER CELLULAR ON 9/20/23 WHEN I WENT INTO THE SYSTEM TO ORDER A COVER FOR MY NEW ***** I PUT IN CONSUMER CELLULAR AND THIS CELLULAR OUTFITTERS CAME UP I THOUGHT THIS WAS CONSUMER CELLULAR - BECAUSE THE NAMES OF THESE TWO COMPANIES ARE SO ALIKE - CONSUMER CELLULAR AND CELLULAR OUTFITTERS I THOUGHT IT WAS THE SAME COMPANY - BUT IT IS NOT - THIS COMPANY CELLULAR OUTFITTERS IS NOT CONNECTED TO CONSUMER CELLULAR - FALSE ADVERTISEMENT NEEDLESS TO SAY I DID NOT RECV.     Cellular out fitters is so misleading in there products I have proof I took pictures of the what looked like a built in glass phone protector cover in one and there wording about there products is also very misleading and when I first ordered what I thought was an all in one protector holster cover was the exact opposite and there advertising said if not completely satisfied You get Your money back and now all of a sudden there telling me about a no return policy also there phone number on my bank to talk to a rep is bogus and phony it doesn't work it's disconnected and no longer in service I sent back everything and want my money put back on my account the amount is ***** I save and saved all my proof and I'm reporting the disconnected phone number to my bank and I'll take a picture of that as well I'm a senior on a fixed income I don't have ***** to throw away also I took pictures of a consumers right I want my money back I returned and have proof of sending them back everything and the post office proof it was sent back it's funny how these companies say and do and tell you satisfaction guaranteed and you get your money back and then make up oh we don't offer returns they are such liar saying one thing and promising oh You get your money back I want my money back I have proof from when you put in an order and them saying you get your money back no questions asked plus as I said before I have proof I sent everything back and the reviews on this company will back me up at how they lie and how deceitful they are

    Customer, ******************************* does not have an existing order with us for the product described in this complaint. We looked into customer's order history and her last purchase with ** was on December 2, 2021 at 9:34 am was for a stand alone phone case that does not have a built-in screen protector, we also looked into an older order which was on September 7, 2020 at 8:16 pm and that order customer also did not purchase a phone case with a built-in screen protector.

    We also found a communication from customer on Nov 28, ****** that she wanted a screen protector and phone protector in one not separately and a holster, when the photo and item description of the phone case that customer purchased clearly shows that the phone case does not include nor has a built -in screen protector.

    Every time I order from them it's always been a cover with a holster and protective screen built in and the reason before I filed a complaint against before they sent the wrong item that's not my fault quit blaming the customer and quit misleading the customer and word it in simple plain ENGLISH You Got Your Item Back now I WANT MY MONEY BACK and I will happily send the BBB PROOF OF THIS if I don't get my money back I will file a police report and take the evidence to my bank

    I'm fed up with them always blaming the consumer and as a consumer I'm not taking it in the shorts I want my money back and they keep referring to what happened two years ago that has nothing to do with this I have the misleading picture and in that picture it looks like a screen protector and cover in on it looked like a holster as well AGAIN I SENT EVERYTHING BACK I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND I TRIED CALLING THE NUMBER THAT MY BANK HAS FOR TALKING TO CELLULAR OUTFITTER ITS DISCONNECTED AND NO LONGER IN SERVICE THAT RIGHT THERE INDICATES THERE PHONIES AND UP TO NO GOOD
