    I purchased towing mirrors that their ad said would fit my truck. I purchased them Dec 21. After all the snow and cold was gone. I tried to install them and found out they sent me the wrong ones that will not fit my truck. I asked for a return and they said no, no replacement no nothing. It was their error for sending me the wrong item. I just want my ****** back.

    Item has failed working in less than a year. I now have a useless headlight and they don't even offer to replace the broken wiring. I would pay for the part even.

    I ordered Headlights from them off Amazon, I had no idea they were that hard to install when ordering them- after looking at them once I received them I changed my mind and submitted for a return-. I was instructed to **** my package off at a *** store, I printed my label handed them the package and off I went. A few days went by with bo update to my tracking number and I noticed my drop off receipt from the *** store had a different tracking number and discovered that the package was delivered to wrong address. *** has said that's impossible, . AKKON has been unwilling to help at all in this matter or even issue me a refund so I am out $215 and no package.

    Purchased these mirrors brand new in September 2024 the chrome finish is beginning to tarnish. I contacted the company through ****** thinking there would be no issues with a replacement. They were quick to inform me that the return policy and the warranty had already expired in less than four months. These are automotive mirrors Who would ever think that the chrome finish would be defective and the company will not stand behind them personally I feel this company is an insult to ****** and if youre thinking about doing business with them buyer beware.

    If you buy from this company. Be prepared for a lengthy return process and get yanked around while they hold your funds hostage. They reply with generic feedback, very robotic. At first they try to make you as the consumer to pay for shipping for something they sold that was defective. Then after hassle, getting ****** involved, finally. I received a free return shipping label. It took me 4 days to get the label! 4 days! Then, they get the headlights back and they said its gonna to 5-10 just to inspect them. Then, they will process my return. Long story short, something in the housing is broken. The lamp on the side floats up and down. Product looked great, and its sad. I really loved the look of the lights. But never again, just because how this was handled.Please help me get my funds. I cant get my truck from the mechanic until I pay them. And I cant pay them.

    Purchased February 1st 2024. 6 months later one of the tail lights is malfunctioning. I contacted the business, politely, and all they were willing to tell me is their 30 day refund/90 day replacement policy, which is NOT listed on Amazon (the vendor I purchased the tail lights from).

    This happened around Feb 18, 2024. I ordered a light package. The front signal lights came damaged. They sent replacement rear tail lights but missing the front signal lights. I was working with a customer service person who was getting the situation resolved. Then ********** the project manager took over the case and basically ignored the email chain which I provided photos of damaged lights. He told me I installed it wrong and then stopped communication. I have the entire email chain. I have pictures but its not letting me upload.

    I purchased the Akkon headlights in 04/2022 they lasted barley 2 years before the drivers side DL running light went I contacted Akkon with no help they said you have to replace them No mgr or anyone would talk to me they just kept their out warranty

    My wife ordered headlights and taillights for Christmas 2023.they did not get installed per the winter weather kept me from installing them.well I finally have them Installed and the drivers side headlight,the seal on the headlight has no good seal and is holding water.i called they told me and my wife the it was out of warranty and will not uphold a good product policy.this is a manufactured issue not like it came cracked,scuffed or etc.the way I'm thinking m g is they should honor the headlight replacement.im not the only one with this issue apparently. Lots of other customers were left with a bad product.i hope you all BBB can help me litigate this situation.
