    An order for a radiator part number OEM-RA-***** was placed on January 28th, 2025. The product was received a few days later. It was installed on February 9th, 2025. On April 25th, 2025 a leak was discovered on the part due to a leaking seam. The vendor DNA Motoring was contacted via email on April 27th, 2025 requesting a replacement. After several days, no reply was received from the customer service department. A second email was sent on April 30th, 2025 requesting a full refund. The vendor was also told that a complaint would be filed with the Better Business Bureau.

    There appears to be some confusion.  Your order was directly fulfilled by ****** and shipped from ******'s warehouse to you.  ****** has a 30 day return/replacement period which you could have started on your Amazon order.  We do not handle orders directly from ****** since we would not have any order information associated with your purchase.  Thanks

    I am rejecting this response because: I am demanding a refund for the purchase price of the radiator.  I clearly understand Amazon's return policy but the product had been in use beyond the 30 day "Amazon Return Policy" and therefore not eligible for return through Amazon.  Per Amazon I was instructed to pursue the seller directly, which I attempted to do. The provided PDF of the order clearly shows DNA Motoring as the product vendor.  By stating that they have no record of the Amazon order, DNA Motoring is obviously lying and not willing to stand behind the products that they sell and/or have poor record keeping practices.

    I ordered a right and left side headlamp assembly for my 2016 **** Escape from DNA Motoring via their Amazon shop in 2024 May. Now I noticed that both of them are already started to peel / delaminate, what must be a defect. I need a partial refund for this issue - I do not need any replacement, because I do not trust in their quality anymore. I paid a lot of money to a mechanic to install these headlamp assemblies, so I am not going to pay a ton of money again to disassemble!! I have to deal with the delamination now which requires more money, so I want refund. I contacted with DNA Motoring multiple times by e-mail, but never get any answer, so I tried ******, but they said I should contact with the Seller....what I did with no success.....

    As we have previously stated, this order was a direct fulfillment by amazon.  We have no payment or order information for your purchase, and any compensation would be thru amazon directly.  Also, the price that you paid does not include any 1 year manufacture warranty, extended warranty, or protection plan.  If a warranty was offered, it would be stated at the time of your purchase.  Sorry, but your order has already passed the 30 day return/refund period.  Thanks

    The headlights are defective and cannot be adjusted. The light from the headlights has shadows that make difficult to see at night. Shop installed parts and cannot adjust any better. Product seems defective.

    Order date Mar 12, 2024 Order #***-7109422-6430644 Order total $157.73 (1 item)I ordered this intake manifold and it arrived with a manufacturing defect that causes a huge vacuum leak, making it worthless and possibly damaging the vehicle engine as it could cause a large leak of coolant into the intake manifold. I contacted the company to get a refund or replacement and I was told my part came without a warranty (it was a brand new part, not used or refurbiahed and that limitation was not stated anywhere when I ordered it). The company refused any refund or replacement.

    On 12/19/23 my fiance ordered a 1995-2000 ***** GMC C K 1500 2500 3500 Aluminum Core OE Style Radiator 2316 from a company on **** by the name of DNA Motoring. The total was $92.86. The item was delivered on 12/22/23. Due to our cat becoming fatally ill and requiring emergency care and eventually having to be put down the day before Christmas Eve, it took him a few to unpack it and check if it fit even though on the **** got test thing it assured us it would fit. Upon receiving the package, the box was slightly damaged. Once the box was opened and he was able to look at it, he noticed the fins on the radiator were a rushed in spots. On December 27, 2023 he contacted the company to let them know the item was damaged and it did not fit and did not come with the proper hook up stuff and asked to return it. A return was opened and a label was sent. We then all became extremely sick with covid and I ended up in the hospital and was off work so the return was closed on 01/11/24. I got a notification about the return being closed and never did find a label until I searched through **** and my email. I myself contacted the company and explained everything and they reopened the return and sent a new label. Then my sister in law died a very unexpected tragic death and the item was shipped a little late due to dealing with all that and family. The item was received on 04/09/24 and the company is refusing to refund the money saying the item was damaged and used. Again the item was damaged upon receiving it hence the initial inquiry about returning and it couldnt have been used because it did not fit the vehicle. I have contacted them numerous times with no response. **** is investing as well as Klarna. On **** it says I declined a partial refund. They never offered a partial refund. They said no refund at all. I want the FULL refund.

    I purchased headlight set for Christmas 2023 for my husband's truck through Amazon. Vendor is DNA motoring. My husband did not install lights until yesterday March 6th 2024 only to discover the right parking light defective. Amazon won't help me because the return replacement time has expired effective January 31 2024. Amazon told me to contact DNA motoring. **************** at DNA said they could not help me either because the purchase was made through Amazon and I have to go back to Amazon. DNA will not help me and told me to return to Amazon for them to help me. Amazon tells me I have to go through DNA. No one can help me. I think it's poor customer service on ******************** part to do business this way. The headlights & parking lights are still new and in the box. Both DNA MOTORING and Amazon customer service reps say they cannot help me. Am I really out ***** plus tax for this product? I don't have this kind of money to throw away. I did ask DNA motoring if they could replace the detective part but she said no it would have to be sold as ******************* and I would have to pay for it again if I choose to order it direct from them in the meantime she suggests Amazon should be handling it. Yeah right! I've been doing this for 2 days now and I figure I need to contact someone with AUTHORITY that can help me find solution for this money spent and part that cannot be used. Thank you for your time and attention to my matter.

    Bought 4 fender flairs thru Amazon,from DNR Motoring. They sent 1 in box,attempted to contact DNR,text says to text Amazon. I contact Amazon,agent says they might refund money in 30 days,depending on condition. Huh? A month? This company should close its doors,instead they rip people off. Give refund,so I can buy elsewhere. Maybe a company can count what they put in box. Shipping weight will coincide with my story.

    August 2023 bought a radiator. I was unable to determine the thread size of the coolant lines and called the company only to get a long hold and when I did get a person I did ask what size and they did not help. I sent multiple emails and on their **** page contact information and no response, several emails over a week and zero response from the company. The radiator looks good, but the coolant lines are not like American NPT and I have found I can not use my coolant lines. I do not believe they are a legitament company.

    Purchased headlights from Amazon, Dna Motoring is the 3 party seller. Headlights were purchased may 5,2023 delivered May 8,2023. We're installed a few days later.Unfortunately, Amazon said that they cannot help as it is past the 30 day return window and told me to contact you directly. I also tried calling your customer service number but after waiting on hold for 15 minutes the call gets disconnected, this happed 3 times today.The headlights were installed and were functioning well. We have been in a drought here in ****** as I am sure you are aware so the headlights have not been exposed to any elements until last week when it rained. That's when we noticed the headlight was defective and is not sealed properly. This should not be an issue and if you stand behind the products you sell you should be offering a refund or replacement. I have provided the Amazon invoice.

    I ordered a radiator from them **************************************************** They sent me the wrong one. Trying to get a hold of customer service or any one is a NO. Contacted them through email and phone and on ********. It almost as they ate purposely not talking to customers. On the phone after 4 min and it hangs up on you. I even sent a message through **** and******** site. Turns out I checked out as guest so they can't help me. I just want the right product or a return. Now I am past the 30 mark and am stuck with the wrong radiator and I am not work ********************* Please help..
