    36 inch frig is garbage, top frig section went out and service company replaced the sealed system and I had to pay for new computer since it's not part of sealed unit , still didn't work , it turned out to be a fan that was bad , it was fixed but then the freezer went out and had to throw out food, the service company is terrible, ruined frig and now they want to throw more parts at it and after 6 visits!!

    We purchased a $14K built in Dacor refrigerator through *********************** in July 2024. Since then, we have had a major water leaking issue happening under the deli drawer which has resulted in flooding in our kitchen, NUMEROUS appointments with Dacor technicians (who can't fix the issue) and an ongoing problem!! Dacor **************** has given us the runaround for 10 months. They are unapologetic, they don't care about the customer experience and they still refuse to replace our defective appliance despite it still being under the 2 year warranty! You can't talk to any managers directly- there is a string of people who have no authority to do anything, you will wait on hold for 20+ minutes while they "find the right person to talk to" and the people in upper management won't even speak with customers! Every couple of months I find water spilling out of our refrigerator onto the floor again and all they have to say when I call is "Okay, we will get a technician out there to try and assess the problem and fix it." They've done this FOUR TIMES and the same issue persists!! The last technician that was here said "I have fixed everything I can fix, if this happens again there is nothing I can do." So what do you think Dacor is doing for us now after it is happening for the 5th time?! What else- sending out ANOTHER TECHNICIAN to see what can be fixed before they will even think about authorizing a replacement. WHAT?!?!? This is absolutely ridiculous!! Poor, poor customer service and really just a joke. I am so unhappy with this company, would never recommend it and will never purchase from them again.

    Dacor is a very poor brand. We have not been happy with them. Customer support stings. There was a customer manager named ******. He gave us no options to connect to any other authority. It has been frustrating and I would never buy this brand. I am requesting who ever is seeing this message from Dacor to act on it immediately.

    I cannot begin to tell you how dissatisfied I am with this brand. I purchased 3 of their appliances when I built my house 4 years ago - and they have all failed. The latest is the $15k range which has been problematic from the start. The steam function stopped working after 6 months - and finally, the control panel burned out. Of course, it's not under warranty. Even worse - THEY DON'T HAVE SPARE PARTS FOR IT. WHEN I CALLED THEIR SUPPORT, THEY TOLD ME THAT ALL PARTS FOR A 5-YEAR-OLD PRODUCT HAVE BEEN DISCONTINUED!! $15k for a range, $3k for a warming drawer, and another $3k for the dishwasher. I can't even find people who are willing to work on these products because their support is so bad. Their products cost more to dispose of than they are worth.Trust me - I will be leaving negative reviews for EVERYTHING they sell. Zero customer service, zero quality and zero support. I will never purchase another of their products, and I will make sure that others know of my horrible experience.

    If I could leave 0 stars I would. We bought their high end flush mount refrigerator 3 years to the day ago. It just quick working. We lost food. Called their " ****************** They said they would have a repair person come out and fix it. It's been over a week. They can't find anyone. There are numerous licensed Dacor repair shops all around but they do not use those. Our "warrantee" would be void if we used them. So we have to wait for someone to come out. We had to buy ANOTHER refrigerator because out their poor product and HORRID "****************** DO NOT BUY **********************!

    Absolutely appalling customer service that is less than helpful in every way imaginable. The tactic seems to be to stall until the warranty runs out.

    Our 48 13k+ Range broke for the second time in 3 years on Christmas Day. It is end of April and we still do have a working range after several service calls and finally figuring out they do not make the parts needed for repair. The dacor manager of service leaves you hanging only sending texts every 2-3 weeks promising to call with an update. CS is a joke and they seem to not have any actual leadership. The company is still looking into next steps of approving a replacement but no one knows how or why and will not follow up or connect you with a path for next steps. Do not purchase their products.

    I have a 10k fridge- tried calling DACOR for replacement part they do not- make the part anymore so fridge cannot be repaired- At least it lasted 10 years but seems a bit much- 10k for 10 years. These should last much longer than 10 years. I am going to try and attempt to call an attorney for a class action lawsuit.

    I bought a refrigerator in May 2022. It was faulty in June 2022. They sent an engineer out, determined that it was faulty and cannot be fixed. They said they would refund me my money. I’ve been waiting months and months they keep giving me a run around. They are literally trying on our stealing my money of 10,786.93
    These people should be out of business. They should shut the doors, and they should be sued endlessly

    I purchased a new, never used, Dacor column freezer from an appliance overstock dealer in Sept 2022. After it was delivered and un-packaged, we plugged it in and everything appeared to be working (lights and switches working, compressor started running, etc.), so we installed it and let it cool down. Unfortunately, after several days it had only cooled to 54 deg and it was obvious that it would not cool down any further. We contacted Dacor to set up warranty service and sent them a copy of the receipt. They then informed us that someone would contact us to set up the repair within 48 hours. Since this did not happen, we called Dacor back and they told us that they did not have a Dacor authorized repair in our area and the closest was California (we are about an hour outside ****** and yes there are Dacor service people in Tucson). We pressed them on this and they told us that they would find someone. Later that day, they called us back and informed us that they would not offer the warranty since the appliance dealer that we used was not on their authorized list (whatever that is). Odd that this did not happen until they had problems finding a service rep... So we are left holding the bag. We have now contacted a Dacor sales/service company in Tucson and they are coming out for the repair. I cannot recommend Dacor due to the lack of warranty support.
