    Bought a new couch and they refused to fix damage and told me to call who i bought from and the place i bought refused repair!Cheap a** couches using pallet material to build and lawn chair straps for back rest!Worst product i have ever bought I was told $5999 couch and not worth the 1 $1350 i paid! Buyer beware They do not stand by their products

    Hi *******,We apologize for the bad experience you had with one of our dealer. if the couch has manufacturer damaged or defect it should be covered with the warranty. we work with our dealer to address this issue. unfortunately each of our dealers have their own Policy on damage/defect/return or exchange but when its clear that its a manufacturer defect we stand behind our product 100%. Please let us know the which dealer you bought the couch with your receipt and some pictures of the damage. please send it to ****************** and we will review it.
