            On May 15th we placed a call to have an ac repair done. They came on May 17, diagnosed the problem and said they would return on May 19th from 2-4. They did not return nor did they call. We called repeatedly with no response. On May 24th they returned the call and said they were now ordering the part and it would be here between 5-7 days. On day 1 we explained the tenant is 80 years old.

            Fidelity National Home Warranty (FNHW) selected this contractor after I paid FNHW $100. They came out and said I needed a new switch, which did not fix the problem. Note to potential victims, have them shut everything down and then cold restart -it showed that they did not fix it. Then the tech busted the piping - she admitted she had to go to ********** and get some pipe and glue. I went in the attic and took photos - it looked like ******** had attacked the furnace. Then she said I needed a new furnace. Which was about $4,000 in extra charges that FNHW would not cover.Needless to say, I got a second opinion. The second guy said I did not need a new furnace, and he showed me all the places where Indoor Comfort "damaged" my furnace so that they could say I needed a new one. Of his $1,000 bill, $350 was to fix what Indoor Comfort had done. This is also a warning about FNHW, as they paid $850, but would not pay for Indoor Comforts "damage". They said I needed to get that money from Indoor Comfort, but Indoor Comfort wont call back.
