      Had a home visit for heat pump installation by Cade, a very knowledgable representative of Quality First home improvement. He asked relevant questions and provided a quote with a detailed list of services that are required for our project. In addition he suggested a few options for us to consider. He represented himself and the company in a very professional, informative yet friendly manner.

      Incredibly fast and efficient team. Removed all debris and old windows, installed 9 new windows, and the finished product is incredible. The windows made a drastic difference the moment they installed them. The team was professional, on time (early), and super friendly. Highly recommended to anyone looking for windows and quality work!!

      I dont recommend this company!! Im a young first time homebuyer and when I tell you they preyed on me like the last water bottle in the desert Im not being an inch of dramatic! Them men would not take no for an answer it was crazy. All I asked for was a quote for some concrete and grass. That man act like he didnt want to leave my house until i made a deal with them and making a deal with them was like making a deal with the devil ! ******* and the Mitinune the Indian guy lied to me I made it very clear if its gone be a lien on my house I dont want to go through with the deal that they gave I shouldve known something was off about this company when they tried to charge me $100k for the project and I said no thank you so then he would walk outside act like he was talking to someone then came back in and said we can do it for $75k I was like no that still to high he was like thats a really good deal you wont find no one cheaper bla bla bla I said no thank then I asked how much for just concrete he said $50k I said its ok Ill shop around Ill give you a call. The next day he came back to my house unannounced with this ******* *** I guess he work with the financial department when they came in he introduced him he looked at my backyard and said I can make a deal since you just want concrete Im the manager bla bla bla I said whats the deal he said how much can you afford to pay a month I said no more that 200 a month he said how much can you put down on the project I said I wasnt expecting to put anything down today Im not sure if I want to go through he said well with all the discount I can apply if you sign up today I can give it to you for $30k but you have to put down cash I end up putting down $500 cash I did not see a difference on my loan I been paying since January and my balance is still at $30k the loan company has a lien on my house I was never aware of its just a lot of bs with this company and I feel like they took advantage of the situation!

      I think this company is the worst!!!! Let me tell you why on 8/2023 MY husband and I, a retired couple, loving our golden years in ****************. We purchased QFHI's 50 year shingle roof $54k, single story 1650 sf. 5 Months later they showed up, no notice but an hours time. The crew of 6 start removing old roof, all seems good, we are happy now but a storm is coming in 7 days. They said no problem, we will be done in 4 days. Well on the 3rd they were still removing our roof....on the 4th NO one showed up to work, no one showed up till after the storm hit. Rain water came into our home throughout. They put the roof on wet Plywood which pushed more water into our home. We are had to move out, mold everywhere. We had to hire an attorney to collect $ 155k in property damage. We want to go the Arbitration but they are ghosting us and our attorney. Our next step would be to file a lawsuit. I think they are hoping we will go away, know this QFHI We are not going away!!! WARNING signing a Contract with QFHI means nothing... Home owners beware...
