      Do NOT use SOLARA if you have any other options for medical supplies! They have a system that has glitches, delaying lifesaving medical supplies. Rather than being apologetic, and offering solutions they are rude and take no accountability. I have had the same glitch with orders resulting in multiple delays of medication for my 8 year old son. They also seem to lack any sort of management team. After first being told that there was no manager, I was placed on hold for 20 minutes while the representative "tried to find one." She then told me that she had a manager ready to speak to me and I was sent to voicemail.

      I have rarely had a good experience with Solara, but the interactions this year have been the absolute worst. I ordered pump supplies in February. I heard nothing, so I called, they said they had sent a request to my doctor for a new script. Called my doctor, they never received it, so they sent it in. They then call me a few times asking about my insurance, absolutely insisting I have United Healthcare as my primary or my secondary insurance. I haven't had United Healthcare at all since I started using Solara. I called them in May, asking about the bill for the pump supplies I was sent in March. I got "disconnected". I called again. I was told they needed to talk to get authorization to bill my insurance and I Should have an invoice in two weeks. Three weeks later, no invoice, not cleared insurance. I call my insurance. They go to bat for me. A month later I call Solara again for another issue (I received supplies I didn't order and they swear I did - why would I order supplies for a pump I no longer use?) and get that sorted (I think) and talk about this issue and get disconnected again. As of July 1, nothing has been sent to insurance, nothing has been invoiced to me. This is frustrating because I have other stuff that I need done that I was counting on this to partially wipe out my deductible and max out of pocket. Everytime I get a new insurance card, I can't count how many times I've had to send a photo, read them the number over and over to have them s**** it up.

      Solara Medical Supplies is trying to bill me for supplies I never received. I have called several times and got a different answers each time: from your bill was split into two (from Feb shipment); or your shipment is still on its way; or it shows they were left at your door (which is a lie). I live in a secure building and NOTHING is delivered to anyones doors. Im so sick of this company. If I could leave a lower rating I would. Now no one answers at all - its just automated.

      Solara Medical use to be good so it might be adapt health causing problems. 4-30-2025 was my last shipment of diabetic supplies. Its now June 11th and I never got anywhere with receiving supplies. EVERYONE I talked to was no help and they were all just lazy. If I could take back every 5 star I gave people I WOULD. Dont bother talking to a representative they lie too. Cant get a hold a hold of supervisor either. I finally switched to a new home delivery pharmacy and within a week I got my supplies. With anyone having difficulties I highly recommend express scripts home delivery.

      Horrible!!! Every time I have to order supplies, all I get is nothing but headaches. The customer service agents are scripted puppets. They lie the apologize profusely about my dissatisfaction with the company. In the next breath they lie and make excuses. They try to force you to take a product you are not interested in because my phone isn't compatible with the equipment. Dexcom g6 to Dexcom g7, so if can't get my readings on my phone it makes no sense to upgrade. They lied and said they were no longer manufacturing g6 , which is a lie, they are still in production. They refuse to send my 3 month supply of g6 and will only send 1 month at a time unless I upgrade to g7. Bad thing is I'm stuck with them since they are the company my insurance says I have to use.

      I would give zero stars if I could. Problems with every single supply order that I have to resolve over and over. I wish I had a choice in suppliers. THE WORST.

      My wife and I are both 64 and Solara Medical is by far the worse experience we've ever had with any kind of medical billing. Their charges were so beyond the company we switched to that it wouldn't be surprising if this company is fraudulent in how much they charge. Our part went from several hundred dollars to $50 for a 3 month supply when we went with a different company

      I have used this company about 5 times now, not once has it been a smooth experience. I order very simple diabetes medical supplies and some how they can't ever make contact with my insurance, they bill the wrong insurance department, etc. Every bill I get from them is incorrect and I have to speak with a billing specialist to correct it. My orders are also late often due to "insurance communication issues" however, I have never had any other supplier have issues with my insurance. It is nearly impossible to speak to someone who knows what is going on when you call customer service as well, they just say what ever they think you want to hear to get you off the phone.

      WORSE COMPANY EVER, DELAY SUPPLIES, SENT INCORRECT NUMBER, don't do business with this company!!!!!AS OTHER REVIEWS SAID. CERO STARTS WILL BE THE BETTER DESCRIPTION. SOMEONE READ REVIEWS AND DO SOMETHING THEY CAN KILL SO ONE AND ARE TAKING NO RESPONSABILITY!!!!!
