Placed order online with Liquor mates for two bottles of bourbon on May 5 2025. *** shows out for delivery on May 15th then set to reschedule delivery on the same day. I have tried to contact Liquor Mates multiple via their website and the support with no response. *** state the shipper needs to initiate an investigation but I am receiving no response from Liquor Mates. This is the third time Ive ordered from Liquor Mates in the last year.The first order was over three months late.The second order arrived in about a week, which gave me hope they had improved.This most recent order, placed over a week ago, has not shipped. I received a confirmation, but no updates ******** make matters worse, their website has been down for several days (since Friday), and theres no other reliable method of contact. I cant track my order or reach support.This pattern of behaviordelayed shipments, lack of communication, and now a completely offline websiteis unacceptable. They have a history of poor service, as seen in other reviews, and I feel ignored and at risk of losing my ******** filing this complaint hoping for resolution or refund, and to warn others.Initial Complaint

Placed an order on 12/12/24. I have sent 3 emails, 2 messages through their website, and one message through a chat. No one has contacted me and I still have not received my order. I called the number listed and it says not answering calls. At this point, they are a scam and I want every cent ($52.56) back. On 11/28/24, I made a online purchase on their website for products in the amount of $446.00. On 12/5/24, i received an email from Liquor Mates stating the product was no longer in stock, and my order would be cancelled and payment refunded. As of 12/11/24, I still do not have a refund to my credit card for this amount, and the company is not returning or responding to my requests to resolve this matter and issue my refund.Initial Complaint

I purchased a product from this company who states orders ship in 1-5 business days. However, my order has not shipped they have not responded to why it hasnt or when it will. I placed the order 11/16/24, their date says 11/17/24 and my bank account charge went through that Monday 11/18/24. I placed an order on November 4, 2024. It is now November 20, 2024. Their shipping policies state items are shipped within 1-5 business days. My card was charged immediately. I have tried repeatedly to get someone to contact me from their business to ask why they havent shipped my order. They dont have a phone number on their website. I googled and found a number linked to them, but when I called someone picked up and immediately hung up without saying anything. So, the only options are email or chat and neither seems to be monitored. Upon a ****** search, I found this happens to the majority of people that order from them. Ordered on October 15th, 2024. Liquor Mates said it would should within 1-5 business days and provide a tracking number. It is now 14 days later and still no tracking order.Order Number: ***** Order Total: $121.84 This was ordered for a Halloween Party, and if it is not received by Thursday, October 31st by 2pm, I demand a refund. I need the company to contact me immediately today on the status as I live over an hour away in the mountains from any Liqour Stores and if they are not going to get it to me in time, I need to know while I am on my trip to the city today where the stores are located as I cannot make a second trip due to a snowstorm where I live. I have emailed then with no contact from back from them. If no contact or status today, and no order received by 2pm October 31st, I need to be refunded.
