      Date of issue happende: 5/7/2025 retailer: **** order number: *********** shipping company: T Force Logistics package id: ******************** ****************************************************************************************************** T Force claims to have delivered the package, but it was not actually delivered. The delivery records they provided were for a package sent by another company (******) to a different resident. T Force not only deceived the client (****) but also failed to provide proper service to the consumer and made false claims.This is the second time such an incident has occurred. In the previous case, when an order was placed with ****, T Force lied about delivering the package and took it back.

      I purchased a handbag from **** bag on 2May2025, as a gift for a friend. On 5May, I got a notification from **** that it had been delivered. I checked and waited till night and I still did not see anything ,I waisted till the end of the next day yet nothing, so I decided to track the parcel through the Zara ***** I tracked it and on TForce Logistics website, it should delivered, I reached out to them, and they sent me an email insisting it was delivered. They also sent a photo of a box in front of a door of an apartment that I do not recognize, although the Apt num was also #****. I reached out to them with photos of my apartment building and door trying to prove to them that that wasn't my apartment. They insisted that they delivered and stopped responding to me.

      I ordered from fragrance net on and the package was sent out via T Force onOn January 30tj, the package was marked as delivered but the package was nowhere to be found. I live in an apartment and we have amazon boxes for deliveries, out right theft. After waiting an unreasonable amount of time for a response, their customer service team provided zero help and simply told me to contact the retailer for a refundwhen it was their responsibility to deliver the package in the first place. The lack of accountability and poor communication is unacceptable. I will avoid using this company in the future and warn others to do the same.

      I am writing to file a formal complaint against TFORCE LOGISTICS regarding a missing package that was reportedly delivered to a secure locker on 11/25/24. Despite the delivery notification from the company, the package was never placed in my secure locker. I immediately contacted the shipping company within one hour of receiving the delivery alert to report the missing package.I initially received a photo of a package, but it lacked any context or background that would confirm the location of the delivery. After disputing the initial photo, I was sent another image showing a package in an unrecognizable location. The company then claimed the package had been left in the mailroom, a location I do not recognize as part of my residence. I again informed the company that the image provided did not match any part of my apartment or building.Since then, I have reached out to the company daily and been told that my concerns are being "escalated." Despite these assurances, I have yet to receive a resolution, and the package remains missing. It has now been over a week since the alleged delivery, and no further action has been taken. I believe this situation could have been addressed promptly had the delivery driver been questioned immediately upon my report of the missing package.Additionally, there is video evidence from the secure locker company showing that no package was placed in the locker at the time the shipping company claims delivery was made. This further contradicts the company's claims of successful delivery.I am requesting the Better Business Bureau's assistance in resolving this matter, as I have not received a satisfactory resolution from the shipping company. I seek the immediate location of my package, clarification of the delivery details, and appropriate actions taken to prevent this from happening again in the future.Thank you for your time and assistance in addressing this issue. I look forward to your prompt attention to this complaint.

      I ordered merchandise from ********* Rack and for days T Forces tracking states "out for delivery". Still I haven't received my package. I called ************** and they stated they are investigating this company. They stated they have been getting the same issues from other customers. I feel they are stealing people's packages and doing something with these items.

      On 24SEP24, I received a missed call from ****** ******** to attempt delivery of my package from ****. The next day, I received an email from T Force Logistics that the package was delivered with a photo of deliver. The package label is in recognizable, the packaging has no markings of **** that is displayed largely on their boxes. Lastly the photo was of a house that does not match our home or any home in our neighborhood. On 26SEP I attempted to call/text the delivery driver who claims we have a wrong number and does not know what we are talking about. This is the 2nd package lost by this delivery service, unfortunately I did not save the drivers information from the first delivery.

      On August 19th tforce was hired by ****** to deliver an expensive item. They left the expensive item and did not deliver the package to me.

      TForce driver was supposed to deliver a package from Nordstrom.com on 8/12/2024. No package was delivered. Upon checking the tracking number for pkg, it said "Attempt (to deliver)--Unsafe to Release" 5:06pm, 8/12/24. I was at home at this time. Nobody knocked nor rang doorbell of my front door. I live in a gated community with real security guards patrolling the neighborhood all the time. It is safe. TForce driver lied about having attempted a delivery and that it was unsafe to release. I suspect TForce driver fell behind schedule. Instead of admitting to delay, the person noted s/he attempted to deliver but "unsafe to release" so that s/he would not get penalized for not finishing his/her delivery today. I have contacted ********* about TForce's irresponsibility and lie; I have also contacted TForce that it IS SAFE to leave package and that I am at home. I expect TForce to deliver my package by EOD 8/13/24, and not make up another lie about "unsafe or attempted to deliver", which is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE.

      I placed an order at Nordstrom and ********* assigned TForce logistic to deliver my package. I live in an apartment complex which has a special Lock boxes name Parcel Pending for all packages (in case residents are not home. At the date of delivery which was May 24, 2024 I was home. No one knocked my door, no one rang the bell. I didnt receive my package. Few days later I contacted ********* and said TForce stated the package was delivered. When I questioned it the requested a photo proof from TForce. TForce provided a photo of my package left in the area where those secured lock boxes are left OUTSIDE. In my understanding delivered means either handing it to me personally or leave it in secured and locked parcel pending safe box. Apparently my package is lost/stolen because of negligence of T-Force workers. Now ********* doesnt refund me because they say T-Force insisted the package was delivered. I need T-force to accept the fault for not knocking my door or placing my package to the safe box which all the delivery companies do.

      I placed an order from **** and it was shipped by TForce Logistics, We received an email from them stating that our package was delivered and when I went to the front door (within 10 minutes of said delivery) it was not there, I checked by the neighbors and surrounding houses and it wasnt there either, when I called and emailed they provided me with a proof of address of a package at a door that is not mine, and there is no address in the picture,I called and emailed and have received the run around Just leaving this here so maybe I can be heard and solve this issue P.s. Ive added the photo of the proof of address and have added a photo of my house at *************************** Thank you
