On July 27, 2017 In N Out Restoration & Development was issued a citation by the Contractors State License Board. The citation alleges the company conspired with a non-licensee, a Violation of #125 of the Business & Professions Code and misuse or misrepresentation of a license, Violation #119. The status of the citation is "Criminal Case Filed."
Any Complaint listed is only an allegation of probable violation. A complaint does not affect the status of the license at this time. If a complaint is referred to the Office of the Attorney General for legal action, it may result in the suspension or revocation of the license. Pursuant to 7124.6 of the Business and Professions Code, the following complaint meets the criteria for disclosure.
