I took my car in for a tire replacement. I left and two other tires went flat. I brought my car back in for tire repair and they went flat again approx. 40 miles out of town. When I got my car back from the shop there was extensive damage done to it. They wrote up a quote for the damage to my car and noted it was too dangerous to drive. Brake line, brakes, drive train or rear axle, struts and shocks etc tire separation etc. My car was one previous owner practically brand new with 50 k miles and no problems at all.

Upon revewing the complaint I have looked into what was done & why. Vehicle had been dropped off do to a wobble & shake while driving. Customer reached out and asked for the mechanic to diagnose the problem as to why it would drive that way. After the full diagnostic and test run, the tech advised that the right rear tire was seperating and the front shocks were seaping oil. Looking at the invoice it does advise replacing tires due to the seperating tire and advised to not drive do to the danger of the seperating tire. The only charge was for the hour diagnostic to find the problem on the vehicle. I will be more than glad to refund the customer ****** & offer my apologies if we did not exceed their expectations.

I am rejecting this response because:
It does not compensate for property damage reimbursement or repairs to my vehicle. I took my vehicle into the tire shop because I had a flat. They charged $140 or so to put on a replacement tire. I drove my car and noticed major damage had been done to my vehicle; shocks and struts, brakes and brake line, car was shaking, drive train,  and my car was veering hand hydroplaning. I brought my car back two or three times  because three tires were flat now. The second time he repaired the flat tire. I broke down t45 miles from home that night and had to air up tires he had just replaced and repaired. I called the shop and spoke with *****. I explained I was really scared with the damage they did to my car and I needed to know what they were planning on doing about it. He said bring it in and well take care of it and he will fix the tires. The car was brought in and he charged another $150 for the damage estimate. I would appreciate them covering repairs costs if I took the car into a reputable mechanic or *******************.

With all due respect, we don't charge to install spares. We install plenty & never charged for air pressure checks or spare installations on passenger/light truck. It is very hard to believe that shocks/struts, brakes & brake line, car shaking, drivetrain & hydro plaining due to installing a spare. All techs are very well trained & follow proper procedures for installing tire/wheel assemblies.  The only charge was made when vehicle was left for a diagnostic on what was wrong with the vehicle. I have called 2 times and have left voicemails to fix this issue, but still no response. The only way I would provide coverage of damage on a vehicle is if a dealership makes me a quote & stating that it was due to our work. We have never had any related issues in the past & I just cant seem to understand how a spare tire made for a specified vehicle would cause that vehicle damage by installing it. Please reach out to me for any more questions, I'd be more than happy to help.
