    After a full month Myprotein never provided tracking or a delivery date. I opened four customer-service tickets and attached (1) a screenshot of the settled payment on my bank statement and (2) a screenshot from my Myprotein account clearly showing the order as active. Each reply insisted we never took payment and closed the case. No tracking, no refund, no ********** now forced to escalate through ****** and my bank just to recover money Myprotein has already collected

    I placed an order on 5/21/25. The order was sent out for delivery and marked delivered on 5/23/25, but it did not arrive at my home. The couriers proof of delivery photo clearly showed that it was delivered to an incorrect address. I notified MyProtein on 5/23/25 the day of the intended delivery that my package had not arrived. They said they will investigate. A week later on 5/30/25 I asked for an update. They said they are still investigating and they wont have an update until 6/10/25. When I asked for a refund at this point, they declined saying I agreed to let them investigate. I then asked for details about what they are investigating, since I shared with them the couriers proof of delivery photo and a photo of my own address as proof the order was delivered to an incorrect address. They then ignored me for 4 days and two more messages asking about the details of their investigation until they finally responded repeating that my claim is under investigation and refusing to give any kind of details. It has now been two weeks since I notified them that my order was not delivered and they are still refusing to reship, refund, or give any details about what they are investigating and why I am being forced to wait.

    On May 1th, 2025, I placed an order with MyProtein (order number: ********* ) and received a notification that it was delivered. However, the package was never received.Since that date, I have contacted customer support multiple times. Each time I was told that the issue is under investigation, but I have not received any meaningful updates, resolution, or a clear timeframe. I provided all necessary information to prove non-receipt of the item, but the company has not taken appropriate action.I paid approximately $140 for this order and expected to receive the products or at least a refund or reshipment in case of delivery failure. To date, I have received neither.I am now seeking formal resolution through the BBB due to the lack of support and transparency from MyProtein.

    Myprotein was having a sale on their protein powders, and I was intrigued on their clear protein as I have never tried it before. After contemplating heavily, I decided to give it a shot by bulk ordering 4 of their lemonade flavor. I spent over $60 and when it finally arrived at the end of March, I found that they were all expiring in 3 months! I was so disappointed because even if I consumed a scoop a day, I still would not be able to finish it by the expiration date. I tried to remedy with customer service but instead I received poor service and notice that its still within code. How do they expect me to finish 4 jars of protein with each jar having 35 servings in 3 months?

    On April 8 I submitted an order to MyProtein for 11lbs of protein. They had a fair price and offered a free gift of 1.1lb of protein with purchases of $100. I spent hours trying to figure out why I couldnt get the special offer since my order had qualified the requirements. I added it to my cart multiple times and proceeded with checkout but it would charge me full price. So after messing with the website for hours and not figuring it out I trusted that I would surely be given something and submitted my order. I did not receive anything. I reached out to them to explain the situation and how impossible it was to add the free gift to my cart and get the promotion. Their first excuse to not giving me my free gift was availability after I mentioned how ridiculous it sounds to be called myprotein and run out of protein they started simply telling but I should have added it to my cart but they refuse to understand that I tried and the website would charge me full price. I was not about to spend an extra $60 on my order and hope that they would reimburse me. I have tried explaining but all they do is spit out the same thing saying its my fault ant theyre not wrong.

    Product was ordered on March 9th. Received email stating it had shipped and expected delivery was March 14th. It has been floating around since then with no real location. I have contacted customer service three times and they have been completely unhelpful and almost rude. Refuse to refund my money and telling me to check my tracking. Clearly I have been doing so, and it's no closer to being delivered. I just want a refund of my money so I can shop elsewhere. Have no desire to do business with this company or wait indefinitely for it to possibly show up. *** up with customer service not providing answers and the refusal to refund. HELP!

    Hi bought several times over several years with myprotein on their Canadian site, so with a Canadian account in Canadian dollars. On November 30 I shopped the black friday deals on the app downloaded from a ****** set Apple store. It seemed to be the usual good deals I'm waiting for, around the same price I'm used to pay. There is no indication whatsoever about a currency change. I completed the purchase. The next day, I saw on my credit card statement that they had charged me 200$ more, and saw that it's because they switched my account to USD for no reason at all.I then proceeded over several day to do everything possible to cancel the order before it's processed. The website has a fake cancel form that doesn't work, it doesn't let you complete it. Checking at least 3 times per day in opening hours, the chat was down. The phone number was unreachable from ******, I even started an account on a service to make ip calls to ***, so I could reach the number, but nobody picked up from saturday to Tuesday. The only thing left was email support form. There was no answer for several days, then all of a sudden I get an email Tuesday end of afternoon that the order has been processed, followed by an answer from support that I can't cancel the order because it's now processed. They obviously waited to not cancel the order. Every other mean of contacting them is useless.Meanwhile, I checked what price I would have gotten in CAD by manually resetting my account to CAD, and it was about the same amounts but in the right currency (not the USD amount multiplied by exchange rate). So I was charged about 200$ too much in this ************* is refusing to issue any kind of refund for their platform glitch. They say I could return the products, but I have zero guarantee that they will refund correctly (I haven't even gotten the products as of today). Logically billing adjustment would make more sense for everyone involved and not waste money and resources.

    I ordered a buy one get one free deal offered by MyProtein it was ordered on July 18th and arrived July 23rd. The offer specifically said offer automatically applied. (See attachment)After I ordered I realized that the buy one get one deal wasn't automatically applied as advertised. I took a picture of the deal prior just in case there were any issues as I was concerned about it not being automatically applied I called customer support and they said they couldn't fix it, but offered me a 7 dollar credit on a 100 dollar loss.

    I ordered two items from Myprotein on February 6th. I received an email saying they were delivered and there would be a card saying where the package was left. There was no package at my home and no card saying where it was placed. I reached out to say I had not received and they told me they would start an investigation into it. Its now almost July and I still have no resolution. When I ask for an update they tell me there is an investigation and to message again in 3-5 business days. I get the same automated response every time. I am just looking for a refund at this point!

    Was charged for a subscription I didn't know I still had open on their website, so I immediately went on and emailed them for a cancellation/refund before the product gets packed so I can get refunded, and they won't have to incur paying for shipping for the refund (if it does get shipped).Not only did they refuse to cancel the order, but they refused to pay for return shipping. After I tried canceling it VERY early. It's just malicious practice that they would force a product to be shipped like that and to try and influence people to keep it, so they keep the profit. It's just malicious practice.
