    I usually don't purchase brands that are influencer-biased, due to the hyper commercialization of promo throughout social platforms. On two occasions My Protein offered a couple things that seemed nice. I ordered creatine and a .5 bag of caramel whey protein. My creatine arrived opened in a bag that didn't seal, I contacted the company, and they sent a replacement. After that I felt that the company made a wrong right, so I was okay with trying something else. A year later I ordered the Clear Whey Watermelon Thermogenic Fat Burner. I strength train 5 days a week cardio 2 days so a product that's supposed to aid in muscle building properties and fat loss, to go along with my program seemed perfected. While placing the order I was told that it should arrive in 2-4 business days, and it ended up taking two weeks with 4 days no update. Once I finally received the product I proceeded to go about it like any other protein powder. The product is terrible, and this is what I messaged the company on 29 May 2024, 15:18 "I've tried many ways to get it to dissolve and nothing worked. I had high hopes for this company, but I seem to always have an issue here. I've used a total of 3 scoops since I've had it and I DO NOT plan on EVER using this again. Honestly, I'd greatly appreciate a refund. The product is literally still POWDERY at the bottom on my cup! My shaker ring is full of GLUE-LIKE-GUNK that still manages to make its way through like terrible tapioca! 15 seconds for foam to reduce?! More like 1min. for scraping what looks like vomit from off the top of the cup. This sounded like something new and different that I'd like to try, I was wrong."Today, they sent me Sent by: Myprotein US, 07 June 2024, 08:56 We have had to close this complaint as we have not received the requested batch/expiry details for product(s) in question.On the product there is no batch number in sight! Which is all the more reason I'm contacting you all.
