    Ordered bra with expedited shipping from SheCurve. Received confirmation but nothing has arrive under the expiring number of days paid. Tried to track order with order number provided and number not recognized. Received a tracking number which also came back invalid. Complained online on Trustpilot and got response as from someone giving me a link to yet another tracking number which didnt provide much details. Phone number on website is not a working number. Asked bank to reverse charges but will see if anything happens. They shouldnt be allowed to do business.

    On May 25, I placed an order and got a confirmation email from sheet curve that my order had been accepted on May 30. I an email from C curve stating that the order was on its way. I have been tracking it every few days through the app which said it processing. Today, June 28, I went to check again it had not changed in status. I sent an email to she curve support to question about the order and if I could not get it, I was requesting a refund.Within a few minutes, I got an email from she curve telling me the order had been delivered today which is not factual. So I have paid for merchandise that I never received and cannot get resolution.

    Date of Transaction: March 6, 2025 Business; SheCurve Amount of Transaction: $182.13 Dispute: I purchased brassieres based upon advertisement featured on social media. The items were extremely delayed in shipping, with limited tracking information status, and extremely poor customer care response. Upon finally receiving items, the products of were of poor quality, fit, and performance. Outreach has been made by me to SheCurve from March 2025 - June 2025 to expedite return and resolution. I have received a series of contradictory information regarding resolution, compensation, and good will. Business has refused to provide any return information or shipping instructions. ******** has indicated that the dispute has been in their favor and they are unwilling to provide any accountability, consideration, or resolution. Emails from SheCurve may be AI-generated. This whole ordeal has been extremely frustrating. Please assist with some resolution. My bank has encouraged me to connect for small claim option.

    I ordered a bodysuit on April 24th and I emailed them on April 30th asking when this item would be shipped. **** then responded May 2nd informing me the item was out of stock and if I preferred not to wait, they can issue me a full refund. I immediately responded requesting a full refund. May 20th, I emailed again stating I have not received a refund for said item. **** ******* responded I have resubmitted your $41.87 refund for you. I apologize for the poor shopping experienceI have yet to receive my refund.

    Bought two items form Shecurve. They do not not fit nor was it similar to the description the advertised. They did not include an account number with my items. I contacted them via email due to they don't have any other means of contact. They keep offering me more coupons and discounts for me to buy more product instead of refunding me my money or giving me a place to return the items or an account number. I ordered it from a US based company yet they said I have to send it back to *********! It's a total scam.

    I ordered 2 swim suits from ****************. Their website states that returns are easy and offers an email only for return support. They give you 30 days to return their items. The address on the bottom of their website says US. But I have been going back and forth for almost 2 weeks because they want me to accept a lesser price return instead of shipping it back. Their reason being that shipping costs would be expensive because it is to ********* and that I should talk with my PO about prices. They haven't even given me the option of return, but keep giving me options for keeping the suits in exchange for store credit or SOME money back. I will never wear these suits and would not have bought them if I didn't think I could return them. I am concerned they are doing this to steal money in hopes people will give up trying. They need to stop!

    Purchased a bathing suit from online business SHECURVE in January. They said it would be shipped within the week.Received it a month later and the sizing is not what the website described and the quality is terrible.The website provides an email address to contact with issues. I have reached out 3 times and each time, received an automatic response from "*****" indicating I would be contacted within the following 72 hours. This does not occur.I attempted to use the "live chat" function and only after inputting all of my information does it say that the function has been disabled and email is the only way to contact them.This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered... because there is no way to contact anyone.

    I placed order with company on February 12, 2025 order number ******.I paid for expedited shipping so I could get my items in 2-3 days. I have not received my order and customer service is no help. I keep asking for refund but no one seems to care.
